土壤耕作层含氧量对黄瓜叶片生长特性的影响

摘要:
为探究土壤耕作层不同深度含氧量对黄瓜各生育期叶片生长特性的影响,在大棚里进行盆栽试验,采用不同增氧灌溉方式(A2处理:每2 h加氧灌溉,A4处理:每4 h加氧灌溉,A8处理:每8 h加氧灌溉,CK:不加氧处理)对黄瓜各生育期进行增氧处理。测定土壤耕作层不同深度的含氧量和黄瓜不同生育期叶片叶绿素量、叶片中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质以及光合指标(净光合速率,气孔导度,胞间二氧化碳通量,蒸腾速率)。在黄瓜幼苗期,叶片叶绿素量、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质以及光合指标表现为A4处理>A2处理>A8处理>CK,而初花期和结瓜期,表现为A2处理>A4处理>A8处理>CK。在幼苗期时,土壤耕作层含氧量并不是越高越好,适量的氧气可以有效地促进叶片生长;在初花期与结瓜期,土壤耕作层含氧量越高越利于促进叶片生长。土壤耕作层含氧量与叶绿素量、叶片可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质量以及光合速率呈明显正相关关系。

Impact of Oxygen Content in the A Horizon on Growth of Cucumber Leaves

Abstract:
This paper investigated the impact of oxygen content in different depths in the A horizon on traits and biochemical characteristics of cucumber leaves during different growth stages.Pot experiment with four treatments was conducted in a greenhouse: A2 -oxigation after every two hours,A4 -oxigation after every four hours,A8 - oxigation after every eight hours,CK-without oxigation. In each treatment we measured the oxygen content in different depths in the A horizon, as well as the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein and photosynthetic charateristics(net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2, transpiration rate) in the leaves. The results showed that,in the seeding stage, the contents of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein and the photosynthetic characteristics were in the order of A4 > A2 > A8 > CK. However, in the flowering and the mature stages, the orders of these contents changed to A4 > A2 > A8 > CK. That is, during the seeding stage, more oxygen in the A horizon does not help the plants, while during the flowering stage and the mature stage, more oxygenin the A horizon benefits the leaves. There was a significant positive correlation between oxygen content and the contents of chlorophyll content, soluble sugar, soluble protein and the net photosynthetic rate in the leaves.
