外源5-氨基乙酰丙酸对涝渍胁迫下小麦幼苗生长的影响

摘要:
【目的】探究5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-ALA)浸种对涝渍胁迫下小麦幼苗生长的影响。【方法】本试验以“红地95”小麦品种为实验材料,利用不同质量浓度梯度的5-ALA对小麦进行浸种处理,采用“浸渍池”法模拟涝渍胁迫,测量小麦苗长、根长及鲜重,评价外源5-ALA在涝渍胁迫下对于小麦幼苗生长形态的影响;同时测定叶绿素(Chl)、可溶性糖(SS)以及丙二醛(MDA)等相关物质含量,研究其在涝渍胁迫下对于小麦幼苗生理代谢的影响。【结果】随着外源5-ALA质量浓度增大,小麦的生长活力先升高后下降。适宜浓度的5-ALA浸种使小麦在涝渍胁迫下苗长、叶绿素及可溶性糖的含量较CK组升高,且降低了小麦组织中丙二醛含量,提高了小麦的抗涝性;而高浓度5-ALA则对小麦生长起抑制作用。【结论】本试验最佳处理质量浓度为50 mg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>,80 mg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>、100 mg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>处理下对小麦幼苗生长起抑制作用。

Effect of Exogenous 5-ALA on Growth of Wheat Seedling under Waterlogging Stress

Abstract:
【Objective】Investigate the effect of 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA) soaking on the growth of wheat seedling under waterlogging stress. 【Method】‘Hong Di 95’was used as experimental material and 5-ALA with different concentration gradients was used to soak wheat seeds. The "soaking pond" method was used to simulate waterlogging stress, and the effects of exogenous 5-ALA on the growth morphology of wheat seedlings under waterlogging stress were evaluated by measuring the length and fresh weight of seedlings and roots. The contents of chlorophyll (Chl), soluble sugar (SS) and malondialdehyde (MDA) on wheat seedlings under waterlogging stress were measured. 【Result】The result shows that with the increasing of exogenous 5-ALA concentration, the growth vigor of wheat seedling first increases and then decreases. Seed soaking with 5-ALA at suitable concentration accelerates seedling growth, increases chlorophyll and soluble sugar, decreases MDA in wheat tissues and improves waterlogging resistance of wheat. But 5-ALA in high concentration inhibits wheat growth.【Conclusion】The optimum concentration is 50 mg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>. The growth of wheat seedling is inhibited by the concentration of 5-ALA at 80 mg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub> and 100 mg.L<sub><sup>-1</sup></sub>.
