摘要: |
水锤防护计算是长距离输水工程的重点和难点,文章从计算原理、开发平台、软件构架等方面出发,详细介绍了长距离输水工程水锤防护仿真软件系统HYSIMCITY,并与国内外同类型软件进行对比,指出其在适用范围、仿真精度、可视化程度等方面的先进性。基于该仿真软件,以台州市南部湾区引水工程为依托,开展了水锤防护分析工作,主要有恒定流工况复核,无防护措施情况下的水泵抽水断电工况计算分析,空气阀防护方案下的水泵抽水断电工况计算分析。最终验证该软件仿真具有较高的计算精度和较好的适用性,能够满足目前长距离输水工程水锤数值模拟计算要求。 |

Abstract: |
Water hammer protection calculation is a key and difficult problem for long-distance water conveyance project. HYSIMCITY, the water hammer protection simulation software system for long-distance water conveyance project, was introduced in the aspects of calculation principle, development platform and software architecture. It was compared and analyzed the similar one at home and abroad, and its advancements were indicated, such as scope of application, simulation accuracy, and degree of visualization. Based on the simulation software, the water hammer protection analysis was carried out in the water conveyance project of Taizhou Southern Bay Area. It mainly included the steady flow condition review, calculation and analysis of rejecting load in pump condition without protective measures and with the air valve protection. Finally, the high simulation calculation accuracy and the good application of the software were verified. It can better meet the current water hammer numerical simulation calculation requirements of long-distance water conveyance engineering. |
