不同土壤含水率对太行红豆杉幼苗生长及品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】为了探寻不同土壤含水率对盆栽太行红豆杉生长和相关品质的影响【方法】用五年生太行红豆杉为试验材料,研究不同土壤含水率处理条件对太行红豆杉幼苗期的生长量、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛、叶绿素及黄酮、多糖含量的影响。不同土壤含水率处理设为田间最大持水率的90%~100%(W1)、80%~90%(W2)、70%~80%(W3)、60%~70%(W4)、50%~60%(W5)【结果】在W2处理下植株苗高、地径、冠幅以及叶面积指数和叶绿素a、b和总叶绿素含量均达到最大,比W1处理分别提高了11.4%、26.7%、11.7%、15.6%、14.4%、8.9%和13.0%,且该处理组时丙二醛含量最低,比W1处理降低了14.1%;W4处组理多糖和可溶性蛋白含量最大,比W1处理分别提高了107.5%和42.0%;70%~80%处理时黄酮含量达到最高比W1处理提高了93.6%。【结论】W2处理组有利于太行红豆杉的生理生长,W3处理组有利于太行红豆杉中黄酮含量的积累,W4处理组有利于太行红豆杉多糖含量的积累。

Abstract:
【Objective】To explore the effect of different soil moisture content on the growth and related q-uality of Taihang Taxus in potted plants.【Method】Taking five-year-old Taihang Taxus as the test materials,an investigation was made on the growth, soluble protein, malondialdehyde, chlorophyl, flavonoids, polysac-charides and characteristics of Taihang taxus in five different soil moisture content which was 90%~100%(W1), 80%~90%(W2), 70%~80%(W3), 60%~70%(W4) and 50%~60%(W5) of the maximum soil field capacity.【Result】In treatment W2 the plant height, stem diameter, canopy, leaf area index and chlorophyll a, chlor-ophyll b, total chlorophyll all reach highest level, Compared with treatment W1, the results were improved by 11.4%, 26.7%, 11.7%, 15.6%, 14.4%, 8.9% and 13.0%, and the malondialdehyde content was the lowestin the treatment group, it was 14.1% lower than treatment W1; treatment W4 had the highest amount of polysaccharide and soluble protein, Compared with treatment W1, 107.5% and 42.0% were improved respectively; treatment W3 had the highest amount of flavonoids, it was 93.6% higher than treatment W1.【Conclusion】treatment W2 is good for growth in Taihang Taxus, treatment W3 is good for accumulating flavonoidsin Taihang Taxus, treatment W4 is good for accumulating polysacchardes in Taihang Taxus.
