Application of Set Pair Analysis and Extension Coupling in Post-evaluation of Water-saving Irrigation

Abstract:
The comprehensive economic evaluation of water-saving irrigation is uncertain to some extent. The set pair analysis theory uses the dialectical unification of connection numbers to describe the definite and uncertain system, and can quantitatively analyze and describe the definite and uncertain development trend. It overcomes the philosophical idea that the traditional method can not quantitatively express the definite and uncertain transformation. Extension knows the world from a new perspective. Extension takes matter-element as logic cell, matter-element theory and extension set theory as theoretical cornerstone, establishes matter-element model to describe contradictions, solves contradictions by transforming matter-element, quantitatively describes quantitative and qualitative changes of things by using extension connection degree, and provides a new calculation for micro-analysis of set pair analysis difference degree. Method of calculation. In this paper, set pair analysis and Extenics are used to discuss the comprehensive evaluation model of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation projects, which provides a new way to solve the problem of determining the difference degree of set pair analysis.
