青海省西宁海东地区节水潜力与节水对策研究

摘要:
【目的】随着兰西城市群的快速发展,西宁海东地区对水资源的需求将不断增加,在“节水优先”治水方针要求下,如何厘清区域节水潜力,对于区域水资源高效利用、高质量发展具有重要意义。【方法】采用多种方法评估该地区农业、工业、城镇节水潜力。【结果】2035年,西宁海东地区总节水潜力为11379万m3,西宁市和海东市2035年可节水量分别为7791万m3和3588万m3;西宁海东地区农业节水潜力为6384万m3,其中农田灌溉、林果地灌溉、草场灌溉节水潜力分别为5439.2万m3、874.6万m3、70.2万m3;工业节水潜力为4115万m3;城镇生活节水潜力为880万m3。【结论】通过分析青海西宁海东地区节水现状,解析区域现状用水水平,从而评价该地区的节水潜力,并提出具有针对性与适应性的农业、工业、城镇生活用水优化对策,以期为青海未来东部城市群建设、湟水南岸灌溉扶贫开发和生态修复等发展提供参考。

Water-saving potentiality appraisement and strategy research at Xining and Haidong areas, Qinghai

Abstract:
【Objective】Urbanization, industrial development and ecological protection in the Xining and Haidong areas have the steely-quality increasing tendency for water resources, and clarifying the regional potential water saving under the water control policy named "Water-Saving Priority" is of great significance for the efficient utilization and high-quality development of regional water resources.【Method】A variety of methods were used to evaluate the water-saving potentiality of agriculture, industry and urban life.【Result】In 2035, the total water-saving potentiality in Xining and Haidong is 11379×104m3; 7791×104m3 in Xining area and 3588×104m3 in Haidong area. The total water-saving potentiality of agriculture is 6384×104m3, in which, 5439.2×104m3, 874.6×104m3 and 70.2×104m3 for farmland, forest and fruit land, grassland, respectively. The water-saving potentiality of industry is 4115×104m3 and urban life is 880×104m3.【Conclusion】In this paper, investigation is employed to analyze the current situation of water saving in the Xining and Haidong areas, then, the potential water saving is evaluated, finally, the targeted and adaptive countermeasures to optimize the water using in agriculture, industry and urban life is also put forward, which are expected to provide some references for the future development of East urbanization, irrigation poverty alleviation and ecological restoration in Qinghai.
