黏土矿物与磷肥复配对潮土中镉钝化效果及麦苗镉吸收的影响

摘要:
【目的】探究不同黏土矿物及其与磷肥复配对潮土镉钝化和苗期小麦镉吸收的影响,为解决我国北方弱碱性土壤地区小麦镉重金属污染治理提供参考。【方法】采用室内盆栽试验,以不添加钝化材料为对照(CK),研究了海泡石、凹凸棒土、膨润土1%和2%添加量以及与0.04%磷酸二氢钾复配对土壤pH、土壤有效态Cd、苗期小麦生长及镉吸收的影响。【结果】不同处理均能提高土壤pH,显著降低土壤有效镉含量,降幅为5.84% ? 17.53%,同时促进苗期小麦生长,显著降低苗期小麦植株对镉的积累,使地上部、根部镉含量分别下降40.66% ? 63.35 %和18.49% ? 38.83 %。3种黏土矿物降镉水平存在一定差异,表现为海泡石>凹凸棒土>膨润土,与磷肥复配可进一步增强其降镉效果。【结论】对于北方潮土镉污染土壤,1%海泡石+0.04%磷酸二氢钾复配处理对土壤酸碱环境影响较小,且降镉效果显著,可作为一种有效的原位钝化修复措施。

Effects of Clays and Phosphate Fertilizer on Passivation and Uptake of Wheat at Seedling Stage in Fluvo-aquic Soil Contaminated with Cadmium

Abstract:【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of clays combined with phosphate fertilizer on cadmium(Cd) passivation in Fluvo-aquic soil and uptake of wheat at seedling stage, in order to provide reference for the treatment of Cd pollution of wheat in faintly alkaline soil of North China.【Method】Pot experiments was conducted to evaluate the effects of application sepiolite, attapulgite, bentonite and their compound treatments with potassium dihydrogen phosphate on soil pH, soil Cd availability, growth and Cd uptake of wheat.【Result】Different treatments could increase soil pH, significantly decrease the contents of soil available Cd by 5.84%~17.53%, promote the wheat growth at seedling stage, significantly reduce the Cd content in wheat shoot by 40.66% ? 63.35% and the Cd content in wheat root by 18.49% ? 38.83%. The passivation effect of Cd was sepiolite>attapulgite>bentonite,and further enhance the effect with the compound of phosphate fertilizer.【Conclusion】The combination of sepiolite and phosphate fertilizer was effective and feasible for in situ remediation of Cd pollution in Fluvo-aquic soil, 1% sepiolite combined with 0.04% phosphate fertilizer treatment could achieve ideal effect on soil Cd immobilization with low cost and little effect on soil pH.
