贵州省用水定额修订探讨

摘要:

用水定额对建设节水型社会建设、在缓解水资源紧缺、水资源的持续利用以及保障社会经济持续发展等方面具有要意义。本文通过对贵州省2011版行业用水定额的实施情况,总结存在的问题并深入分析,提出了定额修订重点及原则,并根据农业、工业及城乡居民生活和公共用水等三部分的定额修订特点,结合实地调研资料,分别对这三部分的定额修订方法进行研究,可为下一阶段的用水定额修订工作提供重要依据。

Abstract:

Water quota is of great significance to the construction of water-saving society, the alleviation of water shortage, the realization of sustainable utilization of water resources and the guarantee of sustainable development of social economy. The paper through the analysis of the implementation of the water quota of Guizhou Province (DB52/T725-2011), the paper puts forward the key and the revision principle of the water quota revision in Guizhou Province, and according to the agriculture, The three-part quota revision characteristics such as industrial and urban and rural residents living and public water consumption are studied, and the three-part quota revision method is studied in combination with the field investigation data. It can provide an important basis for the revision of water quota in the next stage.
