锐角转折式滴灌带流道水力性能测试研究

摘要:
【目的】为确定逆流进水锐角转折流道式滴灌带定型生产尺寸。【方法】通过水力性能试验测定了18种不同尺寸规格的滴灌带在不同工作压力条件下的流量。【结果】流道转角、流道宽度、流道深度3个因素对逆流进水锐角转折流道式滴灌带的流量均有影响,其中流道深度对滴灌带流量的影响最为显著,其次为流道宽度,流道转角的影响最差。流道转角为30°、45°、60°时,30°流道转角所对应的流态指数最小,其次为45°,60°流道转角所对应的流态指数最大。在相同的流道转角和流道宽度下,流道深度为0.2mm、0.4mm、0.6mm时,流态指数随着流道深度增加而减小。【结论】以流态指数作为逆流进水锐角转折式滴灌带生产定型标准时,可以选择30°流道转角、1.0mm流道宽度、0.6mm流道深度作为加工尺寸。

Abstract:
【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to determine the production size of drip irrigation belt with reverse inlet water and acute Angle turning channel.【Method】The flow rate of 18 drip irrigation belts with different sizes and specifications under different working pressure was measured by hydraulic performance test.【Result】Three factors, channel Angle, channel width and channel depth, all have influence on the flow rate of the reverse current inlet acute Angle turning channel drip irrigation belt, among which, the channel depth has the most significant influence on the flow rate of the drip irrigation belt, followed by the channel width, and the channel Angle has the least influence.When the passage Angle is 30°, 45° and 60°, the flow pattern index corresponding to the passage Angle of 30° is the smallest, followed by 45° and the flow pattern index corresponding to the passage Angle of 60° is the largest.When the channel depth is 0.2mm, 0.4mm and 0.6mm under the same channel Angle and channel width, the flow pattern index decreases with the increase of channel depth.【Conclusion】When the flow pattern index is taken as the standard for the production of the reverse flow acute Angle turning drip irrigation belt, 30° channel Angle, 1.0mm channel width and 0.6mm channel depth can be selected as the processing dimensions.
