| 河南省经济长期属于“粗放式”发展，新时代国家战略要津使命将不可避免的使用更多的水资源。为促进河南省水资源持续高效利用，本研究通过梳理河南省水资源利用现状和存在的问题，着重剖析水资源领域面临的战略机遇。创新驱动高质量发展的新时代，水资源保护和利用前沿关键技术创新与应用，有助于水资源管理体制优化、政府行政管理模式创新，为水资源相关领域产业升级转型乃至河南省区域经济高质量发展提供新的战略对策和路径选择。 |

| Abstract: |
| The economic development of Henan Province has been "extensive growth" for a long time. The national strategic mission will inevitably use more water resources in the new era. In this study, we grooming the current situation and existing problems of water resources utilization in Henan Province, analyzed the strategic opportunity in the water resources fields. With the era of innovation-driven high-quality development, the innovative application of cutting-edge key technologies in the protection and utilization of water resources will help to improve the water resources management system and innovate government administrative management models. The research results of this article provides new strategic countermeasures and path choices for industrial upgrading and transformation of water resources related fields and regional economy high-quality development in Henan Province. |
