毛管末端自动冲洗阀研发及其水力性能试验研究

摘要:
【目的】为毛管末端自动冲洗阀的研发提供科学依据。【方法】选取流道齿长l、流道齿宽w和阀盖高度Za三个结构参数,通过单因素实验,利用3D打印技术加工7种规格试样,测试不同冲洗阀进口压力H2下的冲洗时长T、冲洗水量Q和冲洗流速V的响应规律。【结果】当H2为0.038~0.096 Mpa,7种冲洗阀的T为7.5~32.1 s,Q为2220~5725 ml,V为0.88~1.51 m.s-1。其中,当H2≤0.058 Mpa,T和Q与H2呈负相关关系;当H2>0.058 Mpa,T与H2呈负相关关系,Q与H2不存在相关关系且变化幅度较小。T和Q均与l、w和Za呈正相关关系,改变l和w可影响迷宫流道最小过流面积;改变Za可影响进入冲洗阀上腔体的水量,进而影响T和Q。在本试验所取因素水平范围内,3个参数对T和Q影响的主次顺序为w>l>Za。V受结构参数影响较小,与H2呈正相关关系。【结论】冲洗时长和冲洗水量与进入冲洗阀上腔体的流量及弹性体到出水口的间距关系密切,上腔体内的空气是阻碍冲洗时长和冲洗水量增大的关键因素,冲洗流速主要受冲洗阀进口压力影响。

Abstract:
【Objective】Provide scientific basis for the research and development of automatic flushing valve at the end of dripline.【Method】Selecting three structural parameters of dentation length l, dentation width w and the height of the bonnet Za. Through single factor experiment, using 3D printing technology to process 7 flushing valves to test their flushing time T, flushing water volume Q and flushing velocity V under different flushing valve inlet pressure H2.【Result】When H2 is 0.038~0.096 Mpa, the T of the 7 flushing valves is 7.5~32.1 s, the Q is 2220~5725 ml, and the V is 0.88~1.51 m.s-1. Among them, when H2≤0.058 Mpa, T and Q are negatively correlated with H2; when H2>0.058 Mpa, T and H2 are negatively correlated, and there is no correlation between Q and H2 and the change magnitude of Q is small. T and Q are positively correlated with l, w and Za. The minimum flow area of the labyrinth channel can be affected by l and w. The amount of water entering into the upper cavity of the flushing valve can be affected by Za, which can finally affect T and Q. Within the scope of the factor level used in this experiment, the order of the three parameters influence on T and Q is w>l>Za. V is less affected by structural parameters and has a positive correlation with H2.【Conclusion】T and Q are closely related to the amount and velocity of the water flowing into the upper cavity and the distance between the elastomer and the water outlet. The air in the upper cavity is a key factor to hinder the increase of T and Q. The V is mainly affected by H2.
