河长制综合管理信息云平台的设计与实践

摘要:
【目的】为进一步解决水环境监测繁杂、监管困难的问题,【方法】在水利信息化的大趋势下,利用物联网、云计算、移动互联网等技术,本文设计研发了河长制管理信息云平台。【结果】综合采集多方河湖数据,利用河流数据可视化、巡河管理规范化等措施,通过PC端、移动端应用以及微信公众号等载体,实现了河道数据集中共享、问题处理规范流程、各级河长信息通畅、绩效考核方便透明,显著提高信息利用率以及河长工作效率,引导公众参与水环境建设。【结论】该平台有助于河长制的进一步推进与落实,为河长制水利信息化提供了解决方案。

Abstract:
【Objective】In order to further solve the problems of complicated water environment monitoring and difficult supervision. 【Method】Under the general trend of water conservancy informatization, using the Internet of Things, cloud computing, mobile Internet and other technologies, this paper designs and develops a river management system information cloud platform that comprehensively collects multiple rivers. 【Result】Lake Data, using measures such as river data visualization and river cruise management standardization, through the PC, mobile application, and WeChat public account to realize the centralized sharing of river data, problems handling and standardization processes, smooth information for river leaders at all levels, and performance evaluation convenient and transparent, significantly improve the utilization rate of information and the work efficiency of the river chief, guide the public to participate in the construction of the water environment, 【Conclusion】The platform will help the river head system to further promote and implement in the city, and provide a solution for the water informatization of river chief system.
