Abstract: |
【Objective】To investigate the effects of reclaimed water irrigation on soil physicochemical properties and urease activity under different nitrogen application conditions.【Method】The effects of reclaimed water irrigation on soil nitrogen distribution and urease activity under different nitrogen application conditions were studied by pot experiment.【Result】Compared with clean water irrigation, reclaimed water irrigation had no significant effects on organic mass OM, total nitrogen TN, ammonium nitrogen, but significantly decreased soil EC and water-soluble Na+ contents, and significantly increased soil nitrate nitrogen and water-soluble K+ contents and urease activity in 0~10cm soil layer. The correlation analysis between soil physical and chemical properties and urease activity showed that the urease activity in 0~5 cm soil was significantly negatively correlated with total nitrogen and water-soluble Na+, and significantly positively correlated with water-soluble K+. 【Conclusion】Under the reclaimed water irrigation condition, 120mg/kg nitrogen application is more beneficial to increase soil nutrients. |
