基于投影寻踪技术的渠道计量设备比选与应用

摘要:
渠道量水对水资源的节约利用、调度与管理有着重要的影响,准确测量水量是水资源管理部门进行水量调配的基础,为渠道布设提供科学依据,有利于水资源的保护与节约。因此选择适宜的量水设备设施,为准确计量水量提供保障,具有重要意义。文章针对水工建筑、流速仪等7种常用量水设备、选取测流范围、适应性、可靠性、淹没度、测量精度、工程造价、使用寿命、自动化程度等7项评价指标,根据判断尺度,通过数据归一化、构造优化投影指标函数、建立了投影寻踪评价模型,解决了7维降维问题,综合计算各量水设备的得分情况,选出了特定条件下的较优计量设备,即量水仪表。结论与与灌区实际情况相一致,证明了采用投影寻踪评价模型,对量水设备进行选型是客观的、科学的。

Abstract:
Channel water quantity has an important impact on the conservation, utilization, dispatch and management of water resources. Accurate measurement of water quantity is the basis for water resource management departments to allocate water, which provides a scientific basis for channel layout and is conducive to the protection and conservation of water resources. Therefore, it is of great significance to select appropriate water measuring equipment and facilities to provide guarantee for accurate water measurement. Based on the seven commonly used water measuring equipment such as hydraulic construction and flow meter, the article selects seven evaluation indicators such as flow measurement range, adaptability, reliability, submergence, measurement accuracy, engineering cost, service life, and degree of automation, according to the judgment scale , Through data normalization, constructing an optimized projection index function, establishing a projection pursuit evaluation model, solving the problem of 7-dimensional dimensionality reduction, comprehensively calculating the scores of various water measuring equipment, and selecting the best metering equipment under specific conditions , That is, water measuring instrument. The conclusion is consistent with the actual situation of the irrigation area, and proves that the selection of water measuring equipment using the projection pursuit evaluation model is objective and scientific.
