前置竖井贯流泵出水流道设计参数对其水力性能的影响

摘要:
【目的】为减小前置竖井式贯流泵装置出水流道水头损失、提高泵装置水力性能。【方法】本文采用经过模型试验验证的数值模拟方法,基于Navier-Stokes方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,研究了出水流道设计参数对其水力性能的影响。在分析出水流道组成和水力设计参数的基础上,拟定了三种不同出口宽度的出水流道,采用单因素变化方法对不同平面扩散角、立面扩散角、过渡段长度时的出水流道水头损失及出水流态分别进行了三维湍流流动数值模拟。【结果】研究结果表明:随着出水流道平面扩散角的增加,流道水头损失先减小再增大,当平面扩散角为17°左右时,出水流道水头损失最小;当出水立面扩散角小于7°时出水流道水头损失基本不变,但大于7°时出水流道水头损失突然增大;随着出水流道扩散段长度增加,出水流道水头损失先减小再增大,在过渡段相对长度在0.6至0.8时时达到最小;在出水流道水力设计参数常用范围内,各方案出水流道均无不良流态。【结论】本文的计算分析结果可为同类型泵站出水流道水力设计提供参考。

Influence of Design Parameters of Outlet Conduit of Front Shaft Tubular Pump on its Hydraulic Performance

Abstract:
【Objective】In order to reduce hydraulic loss of outlet conduit of front shaft tubular pump system and improve hydraulic performance of the pump system.【Method】Based on the Navier-Stokes equations and standard k-ε turbulent model, the numerical simulation method which is verified by the model test was used to study the influence of outlet conduit design parameters on its hydraulic performance. On the basis of analyzing the composition and hydraulic design parameters of outlet conduit, three kinds of outlet conduits with different outlet widths were proposed. The numerical simulation of the hydraulic loss and flow pattern of outlet conduit with different plane diffusion angles, elevation diffusion angles and transition section lengths were finished by using the single factor method.【Result】The research results show that as follows: With the increase of the plane diffusion angle of the outlet conduit, the hydraulic loss of the outlet conduit decreases first and then increases,the hydraulic loss of outlet conduit is the least when the plane diffusion angle is about 17°; When the elevation diffusion angle of outlet conduit is less than 7°, the hydraulic loss of the outlet conduit is basically unchanged, but when the elevation diffusion angle is more than 7°, the hydraulic loss of the outlet conduit increases suddenly; Along with the increase of the diffusion section length of the outlet conduit,the hydraulic loss of outlet conduit decreases first and then increases, the hydraulic loss of outlet conduit reaches the minimum when the relative length of the transition section is between 0.6 and 0.8; In the common range of hydraulic design parameters of outlet conduit, there was no bad flow pattern in each outlet conduit.【Conclusion】The calculation and analysis results can provide reference for the hydraulic design of the outlet conduit of the same type of pumping station.
