湖南省坡耕地区耕地质量时空分异特征及管理分区研究——以凤凰县为例

摘要:
【目的】坡耕地作为湖南省山丘区农业资源的重要组成部分,探明其所在区域综合质量的时空分异格局及变化成因对于耕地质量提升以及差异化管理具有重要参考意义。【方法】本研究利用层次分析法和隶属度函数模型、综合指数模型以及局部自相关模型,以凤凰县第二次全国土地调查和第三次全国国土调查的耕地数据为底图,对凤凰县2010年及2020年的耕地质量进行定量化评价,分析其时空分异的特征及其影响因素。【结果】1)凤凰县耕地质量在2010—2020年总体呈上升趋势,全县耕地以中等质量耕地为主。2)凤凰县两期耕地质量等级的区间分布情况和空间分布情况具有一定的相似性,区间分布变化主要由耕地的农田管理、养分状况的相关指标变化引起,而空间分布的变化的原因主要是高标准农田、坡耕地治理等工程建设。3)凤凰县耕地质量存在空间自相关性,区域间的生产要素流动性增强,区际耕地质量差异缩小是导致高-高型和低-低型分布形态发生变化的原因。4)考虑坡耕地区安全生产、平稳经济及保护生态等目标,将凤凰县划分为优先保护区、适宜改良区、质量挖潜区以及综合整治区四个管理分区。【结论】凤凰县2020年耕地综合质量较2010年提高约0.08个等级,在坡耕地区因地制宜地实施坡耕地治理等工程措施对于耕地质量有一定的正向影响,未来可结合质量管理分区结果对坡耕地的质量维护和提升进行现实指导。

Study on Spatio–Temporal Differentiation and Management Zoning of Cultivated Land Quality in Slope Farmland Area of Hunan Province – Taking Fenghuang County as an Example

Abstract:
【Objective】As an important part of agricultural resources in hilly areas of Hunan Province, it is of great reference significance to explore the spatial-temporal differentiation pattern and change causes of the comprehensive quality of cultivated land in the region. 【Method】In this study, using AHP, membership function model, comprehensive index model and local autocorrelation model, with the second national land survey in fenghuang county, and the third national land survey data of arable land for reproduction, the cultivated land quality in Fenghuang County in 2010 and 2020 was quantitatively evaluated, and the characteristics and influencing factors of temporal and spatial differentiation were analyzed. 【Result】1) The cultivated land quality in Fenghuang County showed an upward trend from 2010 to 2020, and the cultivated land was mainly of medium quality. 2) The interval distribution and spatial distribution of cultivated land quality grade in Fenghuang County were similar to each other. The change of interval distribution was mainly caused by the change of farmland management and nutrient status, while the change of spatial distribution was mainly caused by the construction of high-standard farmland and sloping farmland. 3) The spatial autocorrelation of cultivated land quality in Fenghuang County, enhanced inter-regional mobility of production factors, and reduced inter-regional differences in cultivated land quality were the reasons for the changes of High-High and Low-Low distribution patterns. 4) The comprehensive quality of cultivated land in Fenghuang County in 2020 increased about 0.08 grades compared with that in 2010. The implementation of slope cultivated land management and other engineering measures in the slope cultivated land area according to local conditions has a certain positive impact on the quality of cultivated land. In the future, the quality maintenance and improvement of slope cultivated land can be guided by the results of quality management zoning.
