摘要: |
【目的】探究江苏沿海地区农业水土资源与效益的时空匹配差异,稳住农业基本盘。【方法】采用基尼系数和泰尔指数相结合的方法,分析了2009—2020年江苏沿海地区农业水土资源匹配及其效益的差异构成,采用耦合协调度评价各指标之间协调发展水平。【结果】江苏沿海地区垦殖率高于全省平均水平,农业水土资源匹配系数低于全省平均水平,且在空间分布上存在错位现象。农业水土资源匹配系数及其效益基尼系数特征为“耕地效益基尼系数<农业水土资源匹配系数基尼系数<农田灌溉水效益基尼系数”,与泰尔指数结果一致。耦合协调度在0.35~0.40之间波动变化。【结论】江苏沿海地区农业水土资源呈现“耕地资源丰富,农田灌溉水资源短缺”的特点,耕地对农业产值的匹配程度显著优于农田灌溉水资源,水资源制约了江苏沿海地区农业经济发展。各项指标总体差异主要来源于沿海3市内部差异,且其耦合协调发展水平易由比较均衡状态向一般失衡状态转变。 |

【Background and Objective】To explore spatio-temporal matching differences of agricultural water and soil resources and benefits in coastal areas of Jiangsu Province and stabilize the agricultural basic plate. 【Method】The method of combining Gini coefficient and Theil index was used to analyze the difference composition of agricultural water and soil resources matching and benefits in Jiangsu coastal area from 2009 to 2020 , the coupling coordination was used to evaluate the level of coordinated development among various indexes. 【Result】The reclamation rate in coastal area of Jiangsu Province is higher than the provincial average, and the matching coefficient of agricultural water and soil resources is lower than the provincial average, and there is a dislocation in the spatial distribution. Gini coefficient of matching coefficient and benefits of agricultural water and soil resources is characterized by "Gini coefficient of cultivated land benefit < Gini coefficient of agricultural water and soil resources matching < Gini coefficient of agricultural irrigation water benefit", and it is consistent with the results of Theil index. The coupling coordination degree fluctuates between 0.35 and 0.40. 【Conclusion】The agricultural water and soil resources in Jiangsu coastal area are characterized by "rich land resources and shortage of irrigation water resources", the matching degree of land resources to agricultural output value is significantly better than that of agricultural irrigation water resources, water resources restrict the development of agricultural economy in Jiangsu coastal areas. the overall differences of each index are mainly due to the internal differences of three coastal cities, the coupling and coordinated development level is easy to change from a relatively balanced state to a general unbalanced state. |
