斜管布置形式对沉沙池沉积黄河泥沙的影响

摘要:
黄河水泥沙含量高、粒径细,布设斜管被认为是解决传统沉沙池存在修建面积大、建设成本高等问题的有效途径之一,然而斜管在沉沙池内的最优布置形式仍不明确。本文应用典型黄河上游、中游、下游段粒径泥沙的配水,开展了两种运行流量、三种斜管布置形式的沉沙试验,研究了不同斜管形式下泥沙的沉积特性。结果表明:大颗粒泥沙进入斜管前已发生沉降,斜管主要对细颗粒泥沙(d<75μm)进行沉积,其有效控制出口泥沙含量0.342~1.354kg/m3,斜管泥沙沉积率为41.73%~70.04%,有效控制出口砂粒含量0~0.018kg/m3,斜管砂粒沉积率达90.18%~100%;三种斜管布置对黄河泥沙处理能力存在明显差异(P≤0.05), 并且表现为V形斜管布置优于常规斜管布置,以倾角60°、45°为适宜布置形式;不同黄河水的出口泥沙含量及其组分含量均表现为Su

Abstract:
With high cement sand content and fine particle size in the Yellow River, laying inclined pipe is considered to be one of the effective ways to solve the problems of large construction area and high construction cost in the traditional sand sedimentation tank. However, the optimal layout of inclined pipe in the sedimentation tank is still unclear. In this paper, the sediment distribution in the upper, middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River and three forms of the Yellow River, and studied the sediment deposition characteristics under different inclined pipe forms. The results show that the large particle sediment has settled before entering the inclined tube, the inclined tube mainly deposits the fine particle sediment (d <75 μ m), the sediment content of the outlet is 0.342~1.356kg/m3, the sediment deposition rate is 41.73%~70.04%, the sediment content of the outlet is 0~0.019kg/m3, and the sediment deposition rate of the inclined tube is 90.18%~100%; The three kinds of inclined pipe arrangement treat the Yellow River sediment significantly (P 0.05), and the V-shaped inclined pipe layout is better than the conventional inclined pipe layout, and the inclination is 60° and 45°; the outlet sediment content and component content of different Yellow River water is Su
