| 【目的】农业是用水大户,为提高水资源的利用率,发展高效用水农业首先要发展节水灌溉。在农业水利灌溉领域,通过与国际上较为先进的节水模式及水资源高效利用技术的应用评价我国灌溉农业高效用水工程进展。【方法】针对我国人口与水、土地等资源的矛盾问题,论述我国水资源现状和农业用水状况以及我国节水灌溉进展情况。【结果】指出了在我国农业节水灌溉的现状和推广中存在的问题。【结论】针对出现的一系列问题,提出了加提高节水意识,健全节水法规,发挥政府职能,提高节水灌溉资金投入,不断加强节水灌溉技术创新以及落实管护责任,激发节水灌溉工程长效运行等方式以推进我国灌溉农田高效用水发展进程。 |

| 【Objective】 Agriculture is a large water user. To improve the utilization of water resources, it is necessary to develop water-saving irrigation firstly to develop efficient water use agriculture. In the field of agricultural water conservancy and irrigation, the feasibility of China"s irrigated agricultural high-efficiency water project is evaluated through the application of more advanced water-saving modes and efficient use of water resources in the world. 【Methods】 Based on the contradiction between China"s population and water, land and other resources, this paper discusses the status quo of China"s water resources and agricultural water use, as well as the progress of China"s water-saving irrigation, and the advantages of China"s current traditional agricultural irrigation methods and water-saving irrigation that has been promoted.
