侧向进水泵站进水池流态改善措施研究

摘要:进水池是泵站工程的重要组成部分,是泵站前池与吸水管进口的过渡段,进水池流态的好坏直接影响着水泵的进水条件和机组的正常运行。本文结合南通地区某泵站,利用CFD数值模拟了该泵站工程潜没式进水池的流态状况,提出不同方案的改善整流措施,改善进水池的流态,为吸水管创造良好的进水条件。研究成果为同类泵站工程进水池的改造提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: The intake sump, an important part of the pumping station project, is the transition section between the forebay of pumping station and the suction pipe inlet. The flow pattern of the intake sump directly affects the water inlet conditions of the pump and the normal operation of the unit. This paper focuses on a pumping station in Nantong area to simulate the flow pattern of the submerged inlet pool of the pumping station by using CFD numerical simulation, proposes improvement rectification measures for different schemes, improves the flow pattern of the intake sump, and creates good water inlet conditions for the suction pipe. The research results provide a certain reference value for the transformation of the similar pumping station engineering.
