| 贵州省遵循“试点先行、逐步推开”的原则，重点以农业产业园区、农民专业合作社、种植大户等新型农业经营主体作为农业水价综合改革的实施对象，在农田水利工程建设、产权制度改革、水管组织建设、水价形成机制等方面取得了一些改革成效但也存在若干问题。推进全省农业水价综合改革一是完善工程配套设施，加快计量设施建设；二是合理测算供水价格，健全水价形成机制；三是加快落实奖补机制，加强改革宣传指导；四是规范水管组织建设，各项改革同步推进。 |

| Guizhou Province follows the principle of “first experiment with projects and gradually expand to other areas”，focusing on agricultural industrial parks，farmers'' professional cooperatives，large planter and other new agricultural management entities as the implementation targets of agricultural water price reform，Some reforms in the terms of the construction of irrigation and water conservancy，property rights system reform，organizational building，water price formation mechanism have obtained certain achievements，but there are also some problems. Promote agricultural water price reform in the province. First，improve engineering facilities and accelerate the construction of measurement facilities. Second，rationally calculate the water supply price and improve the water price formation mechanism. Third，accelerate the implementation of the reward and compensation mechanism and strengthen the reform and publicity guidance. Fourth，standardize the construction of management organizations and synchronous advancement of various reforms. |
