浙江省水利工程质量智慧检测与检测行业监管研究

摘要:
针对浙江省水利工程质量检测行业市场和行业监管存在的问题,结合物联网提出了浙江省水利工程质量智慧检测的构架,实现了检测样品的采集、委托、检测人员行为监控、样品参数检测以及检测相关数据实时传输、存储、分析和质量决策。将智慧检测与浙江省水利工程质量行业监管融合提出了浙江省水利工程质量智慧检测行业监管模型,包括监管内容、监管特征、监管体制、监管理念、监管职能,分析了智慧检测行业监管效率和成本。与浙江省水利工程传统质量检测行业监管相比,智慧检测行业监管实现了检测资源和检测相关数据的共享,提高了检测资源利用率、检测效率和检测行业监管效率,降低了检测和行业监管成本。

Research on Quality Intelligence Detection and Detection Industry Supervision of Water Conservancy Projects in Zhejiang Province

Abstract:
Aiming at the problems existing in the market and industry supervision of the quality inspection industry of water conservancy projects in Zhejiang Province, based on the Internet of Things, a framework for quality intelligent detection of water conservancy projects in Zhejiang Province was proposed, which realize the collection, commissioning, monitoring of detection personnel behavior, detection of sample parameters and real-time transmission, storage and analysis of detection relevant data. Intelligence detection and supervision of water conservancy project quality industry in Zhejiang Province were integrated, and a supervision model of water conservancy project quality intelligent detection industry in Zhejiang Province was put forward, which included supervision content, supervision characteristics, supervision system, supervision concept and supervision function. The supervision efficiency and cost of intelligent detection industry were analyzed. Compared with traditional inspection industry supervision, intelligent inspection industry supervision realized the sharing of detection resources and relevant data, improved the utilization rate of detection resources, detection efficiency and inspection industry supervision efficiency, and reduced the cost of detection and supervision.
