| Combining the engineering construction practice along the Yellow River paddy field of Hancheng city with that of Dali County,which is based on related policy and law, we introduce the status of design of along the Huang paddy field of Hancheng city and Dali County of Shaanxi Province, conclude the innovation achievements of the procedure ,provide targeted advice, and make example for other similar projects domesticly. |
