锌添加对镉胁迫下黄菖蒲抗氧化酶系统及富集镉的影响

摘要:
为了为探明黄菖蒲在Zn条件下对镉的抗氧化酶系统响应机制,本研究通过水培试验,研究了镉胁迫对黄菖蒲抗氧化系统的影响,以及镉在黄菖蒲植株中的积累特性,以期为黄菖蒲提升灌溉水质提供理论参考和依据。结果表明:1)锌的添加缓解了镉对黄菖蒲植株的胁迫。2)对于黄菖蒲来说,镉胁迫下,植物根部SOD酶较叶片先被提高。3)锌的添加,使黄菖蒲根中POD酶活性提高,但是低浓度锌(50mg·L-1和100mg·L-1)使黄菖蒲叶片中POD酶活性降低。4)低浓度镉(0.05mg·L-1)胁迫下,锌的添加使根CAT酶活性显著提高。5)黄菖蒲对镉的转运系数均大于1。低浓度镉(0.05mg·L-1)胁迫下,不同浓度锌的添加显著提高了黄菖蒲地上和地下部分对镉的富集系数。结论:镉胁迫下,锌的添加一定程度上提高了黄菖蒲抗氧化酶系统的活性,且提高了黄菖蒲对镉的富集系数。

Effects of zinc on antioxidant enzyme system and enrichment of cadmium in Iris pseudacorus under cadmium stress

Abstract:
In order to explore the mechanism of antioxidant enzyme system of Iris pseudacorus respond to cadmium (Cd) under zinc (Zn) condition, this study probed the effects of Cd stress on the antioxidant system of I. pseudacorus respond and the accumulation characteristics of cadmium in the plants of I. pseudacorus through a hydroponic test, in order to provide theoretical reference and basis for improving irrigation water quality of I. pseudacorus. The results showed that: 1) the addition of Zn alleviated the stress of Cd on I. pseudacorus; 2) for I. pseudacorus, SOD enzyme in the root of plant was activated before that in leaves under cadmium stress; 3) the addition of Zn increased POD enzyme activity in the root of I. pseudacorus, but low concentration of Zn (50mg· L-1 and 100mg· L-1) reduced POD enzyme activity in the leaves of I. pseudacorus; 4) under low concentration of cadmium (0.05mg· L-1) stress, the activity of root CAT enzyme was significantly increased by the addition of Zn; 5) the transport coefficients of Cd in yellow calamus were all greater than 1. Under the stress of low concentration of Cd (0.05mg· L-1), different concentrations of Zn significantly increased the enrichment coefficient of aboveground and underground parts of I. pseudacorus. Conclusion: under cadmium stress, the addition of Zn promoted the improvement of antioxidant enzyme system and the enrichment coefficient of cadmium in I. pseudacorus.
