滴灌条件下土壤基质势对红豆杉幼苗叶绿素荧光特性和生长的影响

摘要:
【目的】探知不同土壤基质势对红豆杉幼苗叶绿素荧光特性和植株生长的影响。【方法】本试验以太行红豆杉幼苗盆栽为材料,将滴灌滴头正下方20cm深处的土壤基质势设定为-10kPa、-20kPa、-30kPa、-40kPa和-50kPa 5个下限,每月记录红豆杉幼苗的生长指标并用PAM-2500型便携式叶绿素荧光仪测定红豆杉幼苗叶片的叶绿素荧光参数。【结果】①春季时,红豆杉幼苗叶片F0、Fm、Fv/Fm和Fv/F0呈下降趋势,叶片qP、NPQ、ETR和Y(Ⅱ)呈上升趋势,虽然低土壤基质势的红豆杉幼苗表现出轻微胁迫,但仍有很好地抗性,进入夏季后,红豆杉幼苗叶片F0、Fm、Fv/Fm和Fv/F0无显著差异,qP、ETR和Y(Ⅱ)呈下降趋势,NPQ呈先上升后下降趋势,高土壤基质势有利于提升叶片的光合电子传递速率和PSⅡ反应中心的开放程度,但低土壤基质势的红豆杉幼苗仍具有一定的光保护能力。②-20kPa处理组的红豆杉幼苗的株高、地径和冠幅于试验后期达到最大值,LAI仅次于-30kPa处理组,但无显著差异,【结论】红豆杉幼苗具有一定的抗旱能力,将滴灌滴头正下方20cm处土壤基质势下限设置在-20kPa有利于红豆杉幼苗的生长。

Effects of Different Soil Matric Potential on Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics and Growth of Taxus Chinensis Seedlings under Drip Irrigation Condition

Abstract:
【Objective】The Objective is to investigate the effects of different soil matric potential on chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics and plant growth of Taxus chinensis seedlings.【Method】In this experiment,taking potting of Tai Hang taxus chinensis seedlings as test material and the soil matric potential 20 cm underneath the drip emitter was set as five lower limits of -10kpa, -20kpa, -30kpa, -40kpa and -50kpa.Growth indexes of taxus chinensis seedlings were recorded and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured with PAM-2500 Portable Chlorophyll Fluorometer monthly.【Result】(1)In the spring,the F0,Fm,Fv/Fm and Fv/F0 of Taxus chinensis seedlings showed a downward trend, and the qP, NPQ, ETR and Y(Ⅱ) were on the rise.Although Taxus chinensis seedlings with low soil matric potential showed slight stress, they were still well resistant.After entering summer,There was no significant difference between F0,Fm,Fv/Fm and Fv/F0 of Taxus chinensis seedlings,the qP, ETR and Y (Ⅱ) showed a downward trend,and the NPQ increased first and then decreased.High soil matrix potential was beneficial to improve the photosynthetic electron transfer rate and the degree of opening of PSⅡ reaction center,but the Taxus chinensis seedlings with low soil matrix potential still had a certain light protection ability.(2)The Plant height, Ground diameter and Crown breadth of taxus chinensis seedlings in the -20kpa treatment group reached the maximum value at the later stage of the experiment,and the LAI was second only to the -30kpa treatment group, but there was no significant difference.【Conclusion】Taxus chinensis seedlings have certain drought resistance ability and the lower limit of soil matrix potential was set at -20kpa directly below the drip emitter, which was beneficial to the growth of taxus chinensis seedlings.
