连栋温室屋面虹吸式雨水排水系统设计

摘要:
【目的】探索解决温室排水管中的泥沙沉降问题。【方法】结合实际工程案例,针对温室屋面排水过程中管道泥沙沉淀阻塞无法清理问题,应用压力流虹吸式排水系统清淤进行了水力计算并做出水力计算图和雨水斗管路系统图。【结果】温室应用压力流虹吸式排水系统,排水管路简单,排水效率高。【结论】压力流虹吸式排水系统不仅可使温室排水管路空间布局优化,更可以有效地排出管路中的泥沙。本工程案例对温室屋面应用虹吸式排水系统具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。

Design of Siphon Rainwater Drainage System for Multi-span Greenhouse Roof

Abstract:
【objective】The purpose of this paper is to explore and solve the problem of sediment dep-osition in greenh-ouse drainpipe.【method】 combined with actual engineering cases, aiming at the proble-m that the sediment deposition in the pipeline during the drainage process of greenhouse roof could not be cleaned, hydraulic calculation was carried out by applying the pressure flow siphon drainage system to c-lear the silt, and the hydraulic calculation diagram and the rainw-ater bucket pipeline system diagram were made.【result】 the pressure flow siphon drainage system is applied in greenho-use, the drainage pi-pe is simple and the drainage efficiency is high.【conclusion】 the pressure flow siphon drainage sys-tem can not only optimize the spatial layout of the greenhouse drainage pipe, but also effectively discharge t-he sediment in the pipe.This project case has certain guidance and reference significance for the applicati-on of siphon drainage system on greenhouse roof.
