水泵生产组织模式比较及管理优化研究

摘要:
【目的】探索不同的生产组织模式对水泵企业库存和交货率的影响,进行泵企生产管理优化。【方法】运用系统动力学建模和仿真试验方法,比较了传统的订货型生产(MTO)和备货型生产(MTS)组织模式下水泵企业库存、生产率和发货率的变化情况,并在此基础上提出了基于MTO&MTS结合型的水泵订单生产管理优化模型。【结果】当客户需求波动不大且易预测时,宜采用MTO生产组织模式;当客户需求波动剧烈且不宜预测时,宜采用MTO&MTS结合型订单生产组织模式;MTS生产组织模式的库存水平和客户需求满足水平均居中,在实际应用中适应性较差。【结论】由于水泵需求对季节和自然环境敏感,因此优化后的MTO&MTS模型更适合水泵企业的生产和库存管理。

Abstract:
【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to explore the impact of different production organization modes on the inventory and delivery rate of pump enterprises, and to optimize the production management of pump enterprises.【Methods】The system dynamic modeling and simulation test methods were used to compare the changes in the inventory ,productivity and delivery rate of pump enterprises under the traditional make-to-order (MTO) and make-to-stock (MTS) organizational modes. Based on the analysis above, the optimized MTO & MTS pump order production management model was put forward.【Result】When customer demand fluctuated little and was easy to predict, MTO production organization mode could be adopted; when customer demand fluctuated sharply and was not be easily predicted, MTO & MTS combined order production organization mode could be adopted.【Conclusion】Because the pump demand is sensitive to the season and the natural environment, the optimized mode is more suitable for the production and inventory management of pump enterprises.
