利用反坡条件的泵站前池扩散角优化研究

摘要:
为研究反坡条件对前池扩散角的优化调整的作用,应用CFD数值模拟方法,采用N-S方程和标准k-ε湍流模型,对南水北调某配套泵站正向进水前池进行了分析计算,以工程设计的初始方案为基础,通过扩散角的调整分析计算前池水流流态。计算结果表明,在前池设计水深较大,前池扩散角大于80°时,池内水流无法有效扩散,两侧回流明显,边孔水泵吸水条件恶劣,前池扩散角为50°时,前池内水流流态稳定,扩散均匀。国内大多泵站工程的前池按照规范要求前池扩散角不得大于40°进行设计,可见利用反坡条件可以增加前池扩散角并保证池内水流稳定。该工程现场运行观测中前池水流流态稳定,泵站运行情况良好。

Abstract:
The diffusion angle of forebay of most positive inflow pumping stations is controlled according to 40 °, but some projects cannot meet the design code due to the site conditions, it makes the Flow Patterns in the forebay disordered and affects affect the operation of water pump. Adding the diversion pier、bottom sill、water pressure plate and slope are used to improve the flow pattern of the forebay with large diffusion angle. In this paper, a pumping station with counter-slope of the South-to-North Water Transfers was studied numerically based on the unsteady Reynolds averaged N-S equation and the Standard k-εturbulence mode1.Based on the initial design of the project, the flow pattern was calculated by adjusting the diffusion angle. The results showed when the diffusion angle is greater than 80 °, the flow in the forebay could not be effectively diffused, the backflow on both sides was obvious, and the suction condition of side hole water pump was poor, even the water depth is large in the forebay, and when the diffusion angle is 50 °, the flow pattern in forebay was stable and the flow diffusion was uniform. The results were applied in the project, and it is found in the operation of the project that the flow pattern of forebay is stable. It can be seen that the diffusion angle can be optimized in the pumping station with counter-slope. The results of this paper could provide some valuable references to design and operation of the pumping station with small construction site.
