粉煤灰-水泥中掺氢氧化钠能够增加水泥早期强度,本次试验通过测定3d、28d龄期的胶砂强度值;并分析得出氢氧化钠最佳掺量分别为5%和6%;粉煤灰的最佳为10%;相对与基准组强度提高率最高的粉煤灰掺量分别为20%和30%。其次,将3d龄期的强度提高率和28d比较,得出龄期对强度发展的影响;同时,利用有限元方法模拟混凝土试件单轴抗压的受压破坏过程;并将数值模拟结果与物理实验对照,精度基本满足要求,其方法为混凝土的研究提供新思路。 |

Abstract: |
The early strength of cement can be increased by adding sodium hydroxide into the fly ash cement. In this test, the strength value of mortar at the age of 3D and 28d is measured, and the best content of sodium hydroxide is 5% and 6% respectively; the best content of fly ash is 10%; the highest content of fly ash is 20% and 30% respectively. Secondly, the influence of age on the development of strength is obtained by comparing the strength improvement rate of 3D age with that of 28d. At the same time, the finite element method is used to simulate the compression failure process of concrete specimen under uniaxial compression. The numerical simulation results are compared with the physical experiments, and the accuracy basically meets the requirements. The method provides a new idea for the research of concrete. |
