不同用量PAM对砾石土水肥保蓄及酿酒葡萄产量品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】探讨有机肥基础上配施不同用量PAM对砾石土土壤改良与水肥保蓄的影响,为PAM应用于酿酒葡萄园土壤改良与产质提升提供理论与技术支撑。【方法】对常规施肥、单施有机肥6000 kg?hm-2、有机肥6000 kg?hm-2+PAM 300 kg?hm-2、有机肥6000 kg?hm-2+PAM 600 kg?hm-2、有机肥6000 kg?hm-2+PAM 900 kg?hm-2、有机肥6000 kg?hm-2+PAM 1200 kg?hm-2等6个施肥模式下砾石土水稳性团聚体、水分含量、土壤化学性质及酿酒葡萄产量和品质进行了比较分析。【结果】有机肥配施PAM可显著提高砾石土>2 mm水稳性团聚体含量,显著降低<0.25 mm水稳性团聚体含量,显著增加土体20cm~60cm层次土壤含水量,不同处理以PAM900 kg?hm-2配施效果最为明显;PAM施用量超过600 kg?hm-2以上时,通过显著促进葡萄果穗长进而显著提高葡萄产量,同比常规施肥产量增幅44.08%,模拟显示最高理论产量PAM最佳施用量为1161.23 kg?hm-2;PAM施用量为900 kg?hm-2时具有显著提高葡萄可溶性固形物、还原糖及总酚含量,提升土壤有机质,保蓄土壤氮钾养分的作用。【结论】贺兰山东麓砾石土酿酒葡萄园PAM与有机肥最佳配施用量为900 kg?hm-2。

Effects of different amounts of PAM on water and fertilizer retention of gravel soil and yield quality of wine grape

Abstract:
【Objective】This paper discusses the effects of PAM on gravel soil improvement and water、nutrition retention by applying different amounts of PAM on the basis of organic fertilizer, and provides theoretical and technical support for the application of PAM in soil improvement and yield improvement of wine vineyard.【Method】The water stability aggregates, water content, soil chemical properties, wine grape yield and quality of gravel soil were compared and analyzed under 6 fertilization modes including conventional fertilization, single application of organic fertilizer 6000kg?hm-2, organic fertilizer 6000kg?hm-2+PAM 300 kg?hm-2, organic fertilizer 6000kg?hm-2+PAM600kg?hm-2, organic fertilizer 6000kg?hm-2+PAM 900kg?hm-2, organic fertilizer 6000kg?hm-2+PAM 1200 kg?hm-2.【Result】Application of PAM with organic fertilizer can significantly increase the content of >2 mm water-stable aggregates in gravel soil, significantly reduce the content of < 0.25mm water-stable aggregates, and significantly increase the soil water content in soil at the depth of 20cm ~ 60cm. PAM900 kg?hm-2 is the most obvious combination effect in different treatments. When the application amount of PAM exceeded 600kg?hm-2, the grape yield was significantly increased by significantly promoting grape ear length, and the yield increased by 44.08% compared with that of conventional fertilization. The simulation showed that the optimal application amount of PAM in the highest theoretical yield was 1161.23kg ?hm-2. When the dosage of PAM was 900 kg?hm-2, it could significantly increase the content of soluble solids, reducing sugar and total phenols in grapes, enhance the soil organic matter, and preserve the soil nitrogen and potassium nutrients. 【Conclusion】The optimal application dosage of PAM and organic fertilizer in wine vineyard of gravel soil at the eastern foot of He lan mountain is 900 kg?hm-2.
