贵州高原平寨水库春季叶绿素a浓度的分布及其影响因素

摘要:
叶绿素a作为表征浮游植物现存量的重要指标,研究其与湖库环境因子的关系,对于认识湖库富营养化发生机理具有重要意义。以2018年5月平寨水库叶绿素a为研究对象,并结合21个采样点表层水体的pH、溶解氧(DO)、电导率(EC)、透明度(SD)、叶绿素a、水温(Wt)、总氮(TN)、氨氮(NH4+-N)、总磷(TP)、化学需氧量(COD)等监测指标,运用反距离权重插值方法研究了叶绿素a的空间分布特征,运用相关性分析方法和多元逐步回归方法探讨了叶绿素a浓度与水体理化因子之间的关系;并采用对数型幂函数普适指数公式对平寨水库营养状态进行评价。结果显示:平寨水库春季水体叶绿素a浓度在0.82-30.50 μg·L-1之间,平均浓度为12.56±1.9 μg·L-1;叶绿素a浓度在不同区域分布差异明显,NY、BS段以及KQ叶绿素a平均浓度较高,HJ段叶绿素a平均浓度最低;叶绿素a与EC、TN、NH4+-N呈显著正相关(P<0.05);TP是其富营养化的主要限制性因子;平寨水库采样点中14个采样点处于“中营养级”,7个采样点处于“富营养级”。

Distribution of chlorophyll-a concentration in spring and its influencing factors in Pingzhai Reservoir, Guizhou plateau

Abstract:
Chlorophyll a is an important indicator to characterize the phytoplankton stock, and studying its relationship with the environmental factors of lakes and reservoirs is of great significance for understanding the mechanism of lakes and reservoirs eutrophication. Takes the chlorophyll a of the Pingzhai Reservoir in May 2018 as the research object, and connecting with the 21 samples of the pH, DO, EC, SD, chlorophyll a, Wt, TN, NH4+-N, TP, COD and other monitoring indicators of the surface waters, the inverse distance weighted interpolation method was used to study the spatial distribution characteristics of chlorophyll a, and correlation analysis was applied. The method and multiple stepwise regression method were used to explore the relationship between chlorophyll a concentration and water physical and chemical factors; and the logarithmic power function universal index formula was used to evaluate the nutritional status of Pingzhai Reservoir. The results showed that the chlorophyll a concentration of Pingzhai Reservoir in spring was between 0.82-30.50 μg·L-1, with an average concentration of 12.56±1.9 μg·L-1. The distribution of chlorophyll a concentration in different regions was significantly different. The average concentration of chlorophyll a in NY, BS and KQ were higher, and the average concentration of chlorophyll a in HJ was lowest. chlorophyll a was significantly positively correlated with EC, TN, NH4+-N (P <0.05); TP was the main limiting factor for its eutrophication; Of the sampling points in Pingzhai Reservoir, 14 were in the “mediotrophic level” and 7 were in the “eutrophic”.
