不同施肥处理对辣椒生长特性及产量的影响*

摘要:
本文通过田间试验,对不同施肥方式下的辣椒产量及其品质进行了研究,为田间辣椒的增产提供了施肥参考。试验共设置了4个施肥处理区:A区(不施肥)、B区(有机肥+复合肥)、C区(复合肥)、D区(有机肥),并保证B、C、D三个小区的N肥施用量相等。结果表明:从辣椒农艺性状和产量方面施肥方式排序应是B>D>C>A。由此可见,单施化肥和不施肥不利于辣椒生长,产量也低。B施肥处理区辣椒的农艺性状和产量都优于D施肥处理区,但B、D两种施肥处理各有优势,如果考虑辣椒农艺性状和产量提升要求,应优先考虑B施肥处理,即有机肥和复合肥混施;但如果考虑人们对辣椒的有机绿色要求,也可以考虑牺牲部分品质和产量,采用D施肥方式,即单施有机肥。

Effects of different fertilization treatments on growth characteristics and yield of pepper

Abstract:
In this paper, the yield and quality of pepper under different fertilization methods were studied by field experiment, which provided fertilization reference for increasing yield and quality of pepper. There were 4 fertilization treatment zones: A (no fertilization), B (organic fertilizer + compound fertilizer), C (compound fertilizer), D (organic fertilizer). The results showed that the order of fertilization mode from Agronomic characters and yield of pepper was B > D > C > A. Thus, single application of chemical fertilizer and no fertilizer is not conducive to pepper growth, yield is also low. The agronomic characters and yield of pepper treated with B fertilizer were better than those treated with D fertilizer. However, both B and D fertilization treatments have their own advantages. If we consider the agronomic traits of pepper and the requirement of yield increase, we should give priority to B fertilization, that is, the mixed application of organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer, but if we consider the organic green requirement of pepper, we can also consider sacrificing some quality and yield, the method of D fertilization, that is, Organic Fertilizer Only, was adopted.
