再论埋地压力给水管道水平支墩设计计算

摘要:
埋地压力给水管道支墩标准图集给出了一般支墩的标准图及其尺寸,但实际使用时,发现水平支墩标准图集存在某些不完善之处:当设计参数超出标准图集范围时,从图中查不出支墩尺寸,当实际参数不等于图中参数时,只能从图中得到支墩尺寸的近似值,误差较大;图集中支墩扩大基础刚性角大于混凝土允许刚性角45°,导致支墩结构不安全;不进行支墩抗倾覆稳定及基底应力的验算。鉴于此,对标准图集中水平支墩的型式及尺寸进行了修正,并修正补充完善了计算,同时举例说明。

Abstract:
The standard diagram and size of the general buttress are given in the standard atlas of buried pressure water supply pipe. However, there are some imperfections in the standard atlas of horizontal piers when used. When the design parameters are beyond the standard atlas, the size of the buttress can"t be found. When the actual parameters are not equal to the parameters in the figure, only the approximate value of the butt size can be obtained from the figure and the error is larger. Extended base rigid angle of the buttress is greater than the 45 degree rigid angle of concrete in the standard atlas. This leads to the structure of the buttress unsafe. No checking calculation of anti-overturning stability and base stress of buttress. In view of this, the type and size of the horizontal buttress in the standard atlas have been revised. The checking calculations is revised and improved and also given an example.
