生活再生水灌溉对紫花苜蓿产量和品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】探究生活再生水灌溉不同因素对紫花苜蓿产量和品质的影响规律。【方法】通过三因素三水平正交试验,利用极差分析和方差分析等,研究了不同因素的主次顺序、显著性、各因素影响趋势及最优组合。【结果】结果表明:灌水定额对紫花苜蓿株高、茎粗、一级分枝数、干草产量、粗脂肪、粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维、相对饲喂价值、氮、磷、钾和钙影响显著(P<0.05);灌水水质对粗灰分影响显著。综合灌水定额、灌水技术及灌水水质对紫花苜蓿生长、产量及品质的影响,参考组合T8(A3B2C1)与最优组合一致,该处理的产量最高,品质最好。该处理的铬未检出,铅最高,但铅含量远小于国家标准。【结论】建议试验地区的参考组合是灌水定额为240m3/hm2、灌水技术为地下滴灌,灌水水质为再生水。

Abstract:
【Objective】To explore the influence of different factors of domestic reclaimed water irrigation on the yield and quality of alfalfa. 【Method】Through the three-factor three-level orthogonal test, using the analysis of variance and analysis of variance, etc., the order of the major and minor factors of different factors, significance, the influence trend of each factor and the optimal combination were studied. 【Result】The results showed that irrigation quotas had effects on alfalfa plant height, stem thickness, number of first branches, hay yield, crude fat, crude fiber, acid washing fiber, neutral washing fiber, relative feeding value, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total potassium The effect of water and calcium was significant (P <0.05); the quality of irrigation water had a significant effect on coarse ash. The comprehensive influence of irrigation quota, irrigation technology and irrigation water quality on the growth, yield and quality of alfalfa, the reference combination T8 (A3B2C1) is consistent with the optimal combination. The chromium was not detected in this treatment, and the lead was the highest, but the lead content was far less than the national standard.【Conclusion】 It is suggested that the reference design of the experimental area is that the irrigation quota is 240m3/hm2, the irrigation technology is underground drip irrigation, and the irrigation water quality is reclaimed water.
