应用电导法实时测定磷酸氢二铵和氯化钾混合肥液浓度

摘要:
【目的】通过电导率(EC)准确反应水肥一体化条件下磷酸氢二铵和氯化钾不同配比值的肥液质量浓度。【方法】测定了一定质量浓度范围(2~10g/L)和温度范围(20~45 ℃)内不同磷酸氢二铵和氯化钾配比混合肥液的EC,并基于灰色关联分析(GRA)法研究了质量浓度?f、温度T和配比值mv对磷酸氢二铵、氯化钾混合溶液电导率的影响。【结果】磷酸氢二铵、氯化钾混合肥液电导率(EC)随质量浓度?f和温度T的升高而增大,随配比值mv的增大而减小;3因素对混合液EC影响的大小顺序为:质量浓度?f>温度T>配比值mv;基于拟合优度评价指标对比三次样条插值和三次B样条插值后的数据分别优选混合溶液质量浓度-EC、温度-EC、配比值-EC单因素曲线模型,构建了以磷酸氢二铵、氯化钾混合肥液EC、温度T、配比值mv为自变量的质量浓度预测模型。【结论】该模型预测精度为97.53%,满足实际使用要求,可用于水肥一体化灌溉过程中的肥液浓度的实时监测。

Real-time determination of the concentration of diammonium hydrogen phosphate and potassium chloride mixed fertilizer solution by conductivity method

Abstract:
【Background】Water and fertilizer integrated irrigation was an important agricultural management technology in the future. The accurate monitoring of fertilizer concentration was the basis of integrated fertilization irrigation. The existing method of monitoring the electric conductivity(EC) of fertilizer solution could only detect the concentration of single component fertilizer solution. At present, there was still a lack of simple, economic and accurate real-time monitoring technology of mixed fertilizer concentration.【Objective】In order to accurately reflect the concentration of diammonium hydrogen phosphate and potassium chloride with different ratio n under the condition of water and fertilizer integration with the conductivity (EC) value, 【Method】EC of mixed fertilizer solution with a certain mass concentration range (2~10g/L )and different proportions of diammonium phosphate and potassium chloride in the temperature range (20~45℃)was determined.【Results】The results showed that the EC of the mixed fertilizer solution of diammonium hydrogen phosphate and potassium chloride increases with the increase of concentration and temperature, and decreases with the increase of the ratio n. The effect of concentration, temperature and ratio on the conductivity of the mixture of diammonium hydrogen phosphate and potassium chloride was studied by grey correlation analysis. It was found that the order of the three factors affecting the conductivity of the mixture was concentration > temperature > proportion. Based on the goodness of fit, the evaluation index was compared with the data after cubic spline interpolation and cubic B-spline interpolation. The single-factor curve model of the concentration-EC value, temperature-EC value, ratio-EC value of the mixed solution were respectively selected, and the EC, temperature, and ratio n of the diammonium phosphate and chloride potassium mixed solution were independent variable of the concentration prediction models.【Conclusion】The prediction accuracy of the model was 97.53%, which could meet the requirements of practical use, and could be used for real-time monitoring of the concentration of fertilizer solution during the integrated irrigation of water and fertilizer.
