基于物联网和PLC的灌区测控一体化闸门系统设计

摘要:
灌溉闸门在大型灌区水资源调控中具有重要作用。为了实现渠道输水的智能控制,本文采用自动控制、信息通信和传感器等技术,设计并研发了一套基于物联网和PLC的灌区测控闸门系统,系统主要由现地一体化测控闸门终端和物联网远程监控系统组成。运用明渠测流理论和传感器技术,实现了渠道水位和闸门开度的计量;采用齿轮齿条作为闸门启闭机构,提高了闸门运行效率;研发了基于S7-200 PLC的闸门终端控制器,实现了现地闸门终端的自动控制和无线通信;开发了基于物联网技术的闸门远程监控系统软件,实现了对闸门的远程监控与工情数据管理。该系统实现了渠系闸门的远程智能控制,具有计量精度高、稳定性强、操作和维护方便的特点,适用于灌区中小型渠道输配水过程的精准控制。

Design of Integrated Measurement and Control Gate System in Irrigation Districts Based on IoT and PLC

Abstract:
Irrigation gates play an important role in the regulation of water resources in large-scale irrigation districts. In order to realize the intelligent control of channel water delivery, this paper adopts automatic control, information communication and sensor technology to design and develop a set of measurement and control gate system for irrigation area based on the Internet of Things(IoT) and PLC. The system is mainly composed of on-site integrated measurement and control gate terminals and IoT based remote monitoring system. Using open channel flow measurement theory and sensor technology, the measurement of channel water level and gate opening is realized. Rack and pinion is used as gate opening and closing mechanism to improve gate operation efficiency. The gate terminal controller based on S7-200 PLC is developed to realize the automatic control and wireless communication of the on-site gate terminal have been developed. The gate remote monitoring system software based on the IoT technology has been developed to realize the remote monitoring of the gate and the management of data. The system realizes the remote intelligent control of the canal gates, has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy, strong stability, convenient operation and maintenance, and is suitable for precise control of the water delivery and distribution process of small and medium-sized channels in irrigation areas.
