箱涵式双向立式泵装置性能试验与流场分析

摘要:
【目的】以江苏省江边枢纽泵站的箱涵式双向立式轴流泵装置为研究对象,【方法】采用物理模型试验方法对箱涵式双向立式轴流泵装置模型开展了能量性能、汽蚀性能及飞逸性能试验,并采用数值模拟技术分析了泵装置内部流动特征。【结果】结果1.排水工况设计扬程1.55 m时,叶片安放角-6°下箱涵式双向立式轴流泵装置的效率为57.24 %;结果2.引水工况设计扬程1.75m时,叶片安放角-6°下箱涵式双向立式轴流泵装置的效率为60.77 %;结果3.在运行扬程1.75 m~3.95 m范围内,轴流泵的临界汽蚀余量均不超过8.0 m,满足最低淹没深度要求。【结论】经导叶体数值比选,在设计流量时采用扩散导叶体的泵装置效率高于采用直导叶体的泵装置。各工况时箱涵式双向进水流道内流场的前部流线平顺,在双向进水流道的盲端处,流速很小,表现为运动缓慢的回流区;出水侧的流态分布整体较为均匀,无不良流态出现。

Abstract:
【Objective】Taking the box-culvert two-way vertical axial flow pump unit of Jiangsu Jiangbian Pump Station as the research object, 【Method】 the energy performance, cavitation performance and escape performance tests of the box-culvert two-way vertical axial flow pump unit model were carried out by means of physical model test method, and the internal flow characteristics of the pump unit were analyzed by means of numerical simulation technology. 【Result】 (1) the efficiency of box-culvert bidirectional vertical axial flow pump device is 57.24% (2) when the vane placement angle is -6 degrees and 60.77% when the vane placement angle is -6 degrees at 1.55 m. (3)Within the range of operating head (1.75 m~3.95 m), the critical cavitation allowance of axial flow pump does not exceed 8.0 m, which meets the requirement of minimum submergence depth. 【Conclusion】Through comparison and selection of guide vane body, the efficiency of pump unit with diffusion guide vane is higher than that with straight guide vane when designing flow. Under all operating conditions, the front streamline of flow field in box-culvert bi-directional intake channel is smooth, and at the blind end of bi-directional intake channel, the flow velocity is very small, which shows a slow return zone; the flow distribution on the outlet side is relatively uniform as a whole, and no undesirable flow pattern appears.
