添加生物炭对猪场废水灌溉土壤养分状况及铅有效性的影响

摘要:
【目的】养猪废水中含有丰富的营养元素,同时也含有重金属等危险物质,长期灌溉存在一定的环境风险。本文研究了猪场废水灌溉下生物炭添加对土壤理化性质以及铅迁移的影响,以期为养猪废水安全灌溉提供科学依据。【方法】试验选取新乡郊区农田0-20cm表层土壤,采用PVC根箱法种植小麦,试验设置4种水平的生物炭添加量(0、0.5%、2%以及5%)和空白对照处理。测定了各处理根际区和非根际区土壤养分状况与铅的含量,探讨了处理间土壤养分状况和铅含量的差异特征。【结果】与空白对照CK相比,施加生物质炭改善了土壤理化性状,2%C和5%C处理显著增加了土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷与速效钾含量,尤其是非根际土壤的增幅更大。同时,施加生物质处理能够降低土壤有效铅,2%C和5%C处理土壤有效铅含量降幅较大,达20.7%~33.3%,且非根际土壤有效铅含量显著低于根际土壤。【结论】对于北方碱性土壤,灌溉养猪废水时添加适量的生物炭,能够改善土壤理化性质,降低铅的生物有效性,减少向植物体内的迁移。

Effect of biochar amendment under the irrigation with piggery wastewater on soil nutrient situation and availability of Pb

Abstract:
【Objective】Piggery wastewater, which is rich in macro and micronutrients but also contains some heavy metals. A field experiment was carried out to study effect of biochar amendment under the irrigation with piggery wastewater on soil nutrient situation and lead migration in order to provide a scientific basis for high-efficient irrigation in the piggery wastewater. 【Methods】The experiment was performed in wheat with PVC rhizobox method, located in the suburb of Xinxiang City. This experiment included 5 treatments: CK (no fertilizer), 4 level of biochar (0、0.5%、2% and 2.5% w/w). The content of organic matter、available nutrients (N、P 、K)and lead in rhizosphere and bulk soils were analyzed, and the differences among the treatments and immigration of lead were also discussed. 【Results】Compared with the control, 2% and 5% biochar amendments significantly increased the content of organic matter, available nitrogen、phosphorous and potassium, especially in bulk soils.
