黄河流域农业水土资源时空匹配特征分析

摘要:
【目的】探明黄河流域水土资源匹配不均衡导致的结构性缺水原因。【方法】基于“绿水”、“蓝水”的农业用水综合分析框架,采用基尼系数、广义农业水土资源匹配系数、变异系数、Spearman秩相关系数,分析黄河流域水土资源匹配状态、时空匹配特征。【结果】2010—2016年沿黄9省区灌溉“蓝水”与耕地面积在流域内部整体呈相对匹配状态;采用广义农业水土资源匹配系数法,增加降水“绿水”指标,评估得到沿黄各省套二级分区四川省(龙羊峡以上)的农业水土资源匹配程度相对较好,内蒙古自治区(内流区)较差,二者相差约2.3倍;各省套二级分区水土资源时间变异呈下降趋势,说明灌溉“蓝水”开发已趋于稳定;同一省区在不同二级分区的水土空间匹配性差异较大,其中水土资源匹配格局较好的省区灌溉“蓝水”比例较高。【结论】针对黄河流域水土资源时空匹配差异明显、开源潜力不大、节水空间有限等特点,加强区域间水系连通、实施跨流域调水工程尤为重要。

Analysis on Spatial-Temporal Matching Characteristics of Agricultural Water and Soil Resources in the Yellow River Basin

Abstract:
【Background】 The Yellow River Basin is an important grain base of China. The spatial-temporal matching characteristics of water and soil resources directly affect the level of grain production in this basin. 【Objective】 In order to find out the reasons for the structural water shortage caused by the unbalanced resource matching of the Yellow River Basin. 【Method】 Based on the comprehensive analysis framework of "green water" and "blue water", the Gini coefficient, the generalized agricultural water and soil resources matching coefficient, the coefficient of variation, and the Spearman rank correlation coefficient were used to analyzes the matching status and spatial-temporal matching characteristics of water and soil resources. 【Result】 The results show that the irrigation "blue water" in 9 provinces along the Yellow River from 2010 to 2016 is relatively matched with the area of land in the basin; the “green water” indicator of precipitation is increased to evaluate the matching degree of agricultural water and soil resources of the provinces in the secondary sub-regions along the Yellow River, among them Sichuan Province (above Longyangxia) is better, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (inflow zone) is poor, the difference between them is about 2.3 times; the time variation of water and soil resources of each province in the secondary sub-regions shows a downward trend, indicating that the development of irrigation "blue water" has stabilized; the province in different secondary sub-regions has different water and soil spatial matching, the proportion of “blue water” in provinces with a better water and soil resources matching is higher. 【Conclusion】 In view of the matching characteristics of agricultural water and soil resources in the Yellow River Basin (including the obvious differences in the spatial-temporal matching, and the limited potential of water resources development and water-saving space), it is particularly important to implements interconnected water system project and inter-basin water transfer-supply project.
