河长制综合管理系统APP设计与实现

摘要:
【目的】为提高河湖管护工作水平,充分发挥已有的水利信息基础设施的作用,【方法】设计并实现了河长制综合管理系统APP。【结果】根据河道网格化管理思想,依托人工智能(AI)技术、地理信息系统(GIS)、全球定位系统(GPS)、基站定位、云计算、物联网、大数据、移动通信网等技术,完成河道管理信息的静态展现、动态管理、常态跟踪,为各级河长的巡河任务、员工管理以及考核评价工作的落实提供了可视化平台,为河长制相关工作的进一步开展和河湖管理能力的增强提供有效支撑。【结论】该平台具备任务受理、河道监管、视频监控、业务应用展示的功能,可实现与相关业务应用平台构建信息共享、数据支撑以及协同管理的有机整体。

Abstract:
【Objective】 The objective is to improve the management and protection level of rivers and lakes and give full play to the role of the existing water conservancy information infrastructure. 【Method】The river chief mechanism comprehensive management system APP is designed and implemented. 【Result】 According to the idea of river grid management, relying on artificial intelligence (AI) technology, geographic information system (GIS), global positioning system (GPS), base station positioning, cloud computing, Internet of things, big data, mobile communication network and other technologies complete the static presentation, dynamic management and normal tracking of river management information, providing a visual platform for the implementation of river patrol tasks, staff management and assessment and evaluation of river directors at all levels, and enhancing the capacity of river and lake management provides effective support. 【Conclusion】The test results show that the platform has the functions of task acceptance, river monitoring, video surveillance, and business application display, and realizes the organic integration of information sharing, data support, and collaborative management with related business application platforms.
