基于SPEI指数的内蒙古多时空尺度干旱变化特征分析

摘要:
干旱是自然界发生频率最高,影响面积最广,造成损失最大的自然灾害之一。【目的】深入分析内蒙古地区近七十年的多时空尺度干旱变化特征,为内蒙古农作物科学减灾生产提供理论依据。【方法】基于1951-2018年间内蒙古自治区50个基准地面气象观测站连续性日值数据集资料,采用标准化降水蒸散指数(SPEI)方法,研究了不同时空尺度的内蒙古干旱变化特征。【结果】从时间上来看,1979年前后是内蒙古地区气候变化的一个突变点,大部分地区干旱有所缓解,逐步进入一个湿润期,但内蒙古西部地区自1996年前后又进入新一轮干旱期。从空间上来看,内蒙古的中西部和赤峰通辽的部分地区干旱形势依旧严峻。【结论】SPEI指数可以较好地表征内蒙古地区多年来的干旱变化特征。

Abstract:
【Objective】This article presented an analysis of the multiple spatial and temporal characteristics of droughts in Inner Mongolia according to the climate database at 50 meteorological stations for the period of 1951–2018.【Method】For this purpose, drought was quantified by the inter-monthly means of the Standardized Precipitation Evapotranspiration Index (SPEI).【Result】An abrupt climate change was occurred around 1979 year. most of area had been eased drought. But individual drought periods were occurring at the Western Inner Mongolian region from 1996 to now. Moreover, there were still suffering the severe drought at the central-west Inner Mongolia and the south region of Chifeng and Tongliao.【Conclusion】The results demonstrated the SPEI could be used to identify and monitor conditions associated with a variety of drought impacts in Inner Mongolia.
