摘要:
【目的】探讨不同氮素形态配比对Cd胁迫下水培黑麦草生长及生理特性的影响。【方法】在再生水水培的条件下对黑麦草进行重金属Cd2+胁迫处理,研究不同氮素处理对黑麦草中镉的积累特性和生长、生理响应。【结果】当Cd2+浓度为0.01 mg/L时,硝铵比75/25处理的黑麦草株高和根长最大;在Cd2+胁迫处理下,营养液中NH4+-N比例由50%上升到100%时,黑麦草地上部中的镉含量显著高于其他氮素处理组;当Cd2+浓度为10 mg/L时,其MDA含量在不同硝铵比水平下均显著低于对照组,黑麦草在硝铵比100/0条件下受胁迫程度最低;当NH4+-N比例由50%上升到100%时,Cd2+胁迫下黑麦草中的SOD、CAT和POD活性呈不断升高趋势。【结论】通过不同氮素对Cd2+胁迫下黑麦草生长及生理特性影响研究,表明增加铵态氮有利于黑麦草对Cd2+的吸收,而且可以缓解重金属Cd2+对黑麦草的毒害。

Effects of Different Nitrogen Forms Ratio on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Ryegrass under Cd Stress

Abstract:
[Objective] The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of different nitrogen forms and ratios on the growth and physiological characteristics of ryegrass hydroponic under Cd stress. [Method] Ryegrass was treated with heavy metal Cd2+ under the condition of reclaimed water and hydroponic culture, and the accumulation characteristics, growth and physiological response of cadmium in ryegrass under different nitrogen treatments were studied. [Result] When the concentration of Cd2+ was 0.01 mg/L, the plant height and root length of ammonium nitrate ratio were the highest than those of 75/25; Under Cd2+ stress treatment, when the proportion of NH4+-N in nutrient solution increased from 50% to 100%, the cadmium content in the aboveground part of ryegrass was significantly higher than that of other nitrogen treatment groups; When the concentration of Cd2+ was 10 mg/L, the content of MDA was significantly lower than that of the control group at different ammonium nitrate ratio, and the stress degree of ryegrass was the lowest under ammonium nitrate ratio of 100/0; When the proportion of NH4+-N increased from 50% to 100%, the activities of SOD, CAT and POD in ryegrass under Cd2+ stress showed an increasing trend. [Conclusion] The effects of different nitrogen levels on the growth and physiological characteristics of ryegrass under Cd2+ stress were studied. The results show that increasing ammonium nitrogen is beneficial to the absorption of Cd2+ by ryegrass, and alleviate the toxicity of heavy metal Cd2+ to ryegrass.
