本文以叠片式过滤器为研究对象,开展相同流量清水和浑水两种工况,单一叠片过滤器目数(150,120,80目三个目数梯度)和组合目数(150、120、80目组合)两种实验模式下,叠片过滤器的水头损失和过滤性能试验,分析了过滤器水力性能的影响因素以及叠片过滤器的目数和水头损失、过滤效果之间的相互关系。结果表明,在清水条件下,叠片过滤器的水头损失会随着目数的增大而增大,局部水头损失从大到小依次为150目、120目、组合叠片、80目;浑水条件下, 150目和组合叠片过滤器达到严重堵塞状态所需时间最短为60s,150目和组合叠片过滤器的过滤强度比120目和80目分别高出200%和400%;组合叠片过滤器的除砂率比80目、120目、150目过滤器分别高8.3%、4.6%、2%,组合叠片过滤器的过滤均匀性比80目、120目、150目分别高63.1%、36%、2.9%。从水头损失、过滤强度、除砂率、过滤均匀性综合分析,组合叠片过滤器的性能要优于其他三种过滤器。本文为滴灌模式下系统设计和运行过程中过滤设备的选型及提高过滤效果提供一定参考。 |

This paper takes the laminated filter as the research object, carries out the test of the head loss and filtration performance of the laminated filter under the conditions of the same flow of clean water and muddy water, under the two experimental modes of single mesh (150120, 80 mesh, three mesh gradient) and combined mesh (150, 120, 80 mesh combination), The factors influencing the hydraulic performance of the filter and the relationship among mesh number, head loss and filtration effect of the laminated filter are analyzed. The results show that under the condition of clear water, the water content of the water is higher than that of the control, The head loss of laminated filter will increase with the increase of mesh number, and the local head loss from large to small is 150 mesh, 120 mesh, combined laminated filter and 80 mesh, The shortest time for 150 mesh and combined laminated filter to reach serious clogging is 60s. The filtration strength of 150 mesh and combined laminated filter is 200% and 400% higher than that of 120 mesh and 80 mesh respectively; the sand removal rate of combined laminated filter is 8.3%, 4.6% and 2% higher than that of 80 mesh, 120 mesh and 150 mesh filter respectively, and the filtration uniformity of combined laminated filter is 63.1% and 36.1% higher than that of 80 mesh, 120 mesh and 150 mesh respectively %、2.9%。 From the comprehensive analysis of head loss, filtration strength, sand removal rate and filtration uniformity, the performance of the combined laminated filter is better than the other three filters. This paper provides a certain reference for the design of drip irrigation system and the selection of filtering equipment in the process of operation and the improvement of filtering effect. |
