灌溉制度对不同贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄生长、产量及品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】为进一步摸清贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄优势品种与灌溉之间的协同关系、提升精量化灌溉水平,【方法】采用二因素条区设计,以酿酒葡萄优势品种‘赤霞珠’(V1)、‘马瑟兰’(V2)、‘梅鹿辄’(V3)、‘西拉’(V4)、‘黑比诺’(V5)为试验材料,以常规灌水量4500m3.hm-2为对照组CK(W1),另设四组灌水量分别为4050 m3.hm-2(W2)、3600 m3.hm-2(W3)、3150m3.hm-2(W4)、2700m3.hm-2(W5),分析研究不同灌溉制度对酿酒葡萄优势品种生长、产量和品质的影响。【结果】研究结果表明:酿酒葡萄品种对生长发育、生理特征影响显著。基径粗由大到小顺序为:V3、V2、V4、V1、V5。V2、V5 SPAD值最高,V3、V1居中,V4最低;各酿酒葡萄品种间光合速率(F=3.82,P﹤0.01)、蒸腾速率(F=2.79,P﹤0.05)和叶片气孔导度(F=4.09,P﹤0.01)差异显著。不同灌溉制度对生长发育、生理特征、产量和品质影响显著。V1和V2在W5和W4处理下基径生长优于其它3个灌水处理,V3、V4、V5分别在W3、W4、 W1处理下最优。V1、V2和V5 的SPAD值以W3处理下最高,且随着灌水量的增加呈先增加后下降的变化规律,V3和V4随着灌水量的增加而增加;灌水制度对蒸腾速率(F=14.48,P﹤0.01)影响显著,对单穗重量(F=19.02,P﹤0.01)和总产量(F=17.50,P﹤0.01)影响极显著,对单果重量(F=3.05,P﹤0.05)和单果粒径(F=2.76,P﹤0.05)影响显著,对还原糖(F=24.35,P﹤0.01)、总酸(F=8.25,P﹤0.01)、单宁(F=8.88,P﹤0.01)和总酚(F=8.92,P﹤0.01)影响极显著,可溶性固形物(F=2.79,P﹤0.05)影响显著。品种和灌水交互作用对蒸腾速率(F=4.33,P﹤0.01)影响极显著,叶片气孔导度(F=2.23,P ﹤0.05)影响显著,对单穗长度(F=4.68,P﹤0.01)、单穗重量(F=16.28,P﹤0.01)、单果重量(F=8.29,P﹤0.01)和单果粒径(F=15.77,P﹤0.01)、总产量(F=1.29,P﹤0.01)的影响极显著,对可溶性固形物(F=34.77,P﹤0.01)、还原糖(F=7.68,P﹤0.01)、总酸(F=3.80,P﹤0.01)、单宁(F=108.61,P﹤0.01)和总酚(F=3.71,P﹤0.01)影响极显著。【结论】表明品种与灌水制度的精准协同,可有效调控酿酒葡萄品质。

Abstract:
【Objective】In order to further find out the coordination between dominate wine grape varieties and irrigation system at east-foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, enhance the he level of precision irrigation,【Method】 Two-factor strip test was conducted, the dominant grape wine variety ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ (V1), ‘Matheran’ (V2), ‘Merlot’ (V3), ‘Syrah’ (V4), and ‘Pinot Noir’ (V5) were used as test materials. The conventional irrigation amount was 4500m3.hm-2 as the control group CK(W1), and another four irrigation amount is 4050m3.hm-2(W2), 3600m3.hm-2(W3), 3150m3.hm-2(W4), 2700m3.hm-2(W5) respectively. The growth, yield and quality of different wine grapes were analyzed under the different irrigation amount.【Result】The results showed that: wine grape varieties significantly affected on growth, physiological characteristics. V3 base stem diameter is the largest, flowed by V1, V2, and V4 are centered, and V5 is lowest. V2, V5SPAD value is highest, V3, V1 at middle, V4 is lowest. There are photosynthetic rate (F = 3.82, P <0.01), transpiration rate (F = 2.79, P <0.05) and stomata conductance (F=4.09, P <0.01) significantly difference among wine grape varieties. Irrigation systems significantly affected wine grape growth, physiological characteristics, yield and quality. V1 and V2 base stem diameter under W4 and W5 is superior to other three irrigation treatment, V3, V4, V5 are optimal at W3, W4, W1 treatment respectively. the highest SPAD value of V1, V2 and V5 are under W3 , and with the increase of the amount of irrigation, its variation was firstly increased, then decreased, V3 and V4 increased with increasing amount of irrigation. Irrigation system significantly influenced the transpiration rate (F = 14.48, P <0.01) , by which the single ear weight (F = 19.02, P <0.01) ,total (F = 17.50, P <0.01) ,fruit weight (F = 3.05, P <0.05) ,and fruit particle size (F = 2.76, P <0.05) were very significant effected, and also reducing sugars (F = 24.35, P <0.01), total acid (F = 8.25, P <0.01), tannins (F = 8.88, P <0.01 ) and total phenols (F=8.92, P <0.01) were very significantly affected, soluble solids (F=2.79, P <0.05) is significantly affected. Varieties and irrigation interaction very significantly affect transpiration rate (F = 4.33, P <0.01), by which stomata conductance (F =2.23, P <0.05) was significantly affected, single ear length (F = 4.68, P <0.01) , particle weight (F = 16.28, P <0.01), fruit weight (F = 8.29, P <0.01) and fruit diameter (F=15.77, P <0.01), total yield (F=1.29, P <0.01) were very significant ly impacted, and also soluble solids (F = 34.77, P <0.01), reducing sugars (F =7.68, P <0.01), total acid (F = 3.80, P <0.01), tannins (F =108.61, P <0.01) and total phenols (F=3.71, P <0.01) were very significantly influenced.【Conclusion】It can be concluded that Variety precisely coordinated with the irrigation system, can effectively regulate wine grape growth and quality.
