| 水资源是人类赖以生存的重要资源,随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市水资源短缺问题日益凸显,同时城市雨水利用率低,汛期内涝时有发生,加强城市雨洪资源利用对于缓解水资源危机、促进经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。为合理利用城市雨洪资源,提高水旱灾害防御能力,本文采用调研分析的方法,阐述了加强城市雨洪管理的必要性,探讨了实行雨洪资源利用的现实意义。基于龙口市水资源与雨洪资源利用现状,提出了加强雨洪资源利用与管理的策略。本文可为城市雨洪资源高效利用提供借鉴。 |

| Water resources are indispensable for human survival. With the acceleration of China"s urbanization process, the shortage of urban water resources has become increasingly prominent; moreover, with low utilization rate of urban rainwater, waterlogging occurs frequently in flood season. Therefore, strengthening the utilization of urban rain-flood resources is of great importance to alleviate the water crisis and promote the sustainable development of economy and society. In order to make rational use of urban rain-flood resources and improve the ability of flood and drought disaster prevention, this paper represents the necessity of strengthening urban rainwater and flood management by using the method of investigation and analysis, and probes into the practical importance of implementing rainwater and flood resources utilization. Based on the present situation of water and rain-flood resources utilization in Longkou city, some strategies were put forward to strengthen the utilization and management of rain-flood resources. This paper will provide reference for the efficient utilization of urban rain-flood resources. |
