不同水钙处理对甜瓜生长与糖分积累及产量和品质的影响

摘要:
【目的】探究果实生长和糖分积累动态过程及产量品质对不同水钙处理的响应,确定适宜的水钙管理模式。【方法】以“亭林雪瓜”为试验材料,设三个水平的灌水量高水W1、中水W2(灌水量为W1的2/3)和低水高 水W3(灌水量为W1的1/2),两个水平的钙处理喷钙Ca1(总喷钙量为0.68L/株)和 不喷钙Ca0,采用完全随机区组设计,共6个处理,并在果实生长过程中测定了相关的生长生理指标。【结果】(1)雪瓜属高蔗糖积累型甜瓜品种,果径呈单“S”曲线生长,不同水钙处理下果实生长和糖分积累趋势一致不变 ;(2)高水条件下果径增长量、果径大小以及果实产量最大,但灌溉水利用率( IWUE)最低,且高水处理不利于影响了果实 糖分累积、和降低了果实品质;中水处理下的IWUE和果实品质最优,低水处理对果实生长有延缓影响并且降低了果实最终的产量。(3)与不施钙处理相比,施钙处理产量和单果重及IWUE都得到了提高,一定程度缓解了亏缺灌溉带来的减产效应, 同时施钙提高了果实硬度,降低了可滴定酸含量。【结论】不同水钙处理能影响果实生长及糖分积累过程且导致最终产量和品质的差异,中水施钙为甜瓜水钙管理的适宜模式。

Effects of different water and calcium treatments on growth sugar component accumulation, yield and quality of muskmelon

Abstract:
【Background】Melon is an important horticultural crop, and the planting area and yield of Melon in China rank first in the world. With the improvement of living standards, consumers' demand for the yield and quality of melon is increasing day by day, realizing water saving, high yield, high quality and efficient production of melon and other Cash crop, it is an urgent scientific problem to be solved in modern agricultural production.【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to explore the response of the dynamic process of fruit growth and sugar accumulation, and fruit yield and quality to different water and calcium treatments, from which we proposed a suitable management mode of water and calcium .【Method】The experiment consisted of two irrigations: high water content W1, medium water content W2 (2/3 of W1) and lowhigh water content W3 (1/2 of W1),with two levels of calcium treatment:Ca1(0.68L/Plant in total) and Ca0, In each treatment, we measured the related growth physiological indexes of muskmelon.【Result】(1) “Tinglin” is a kind of high sucrose accumulation muskmelon variety, the diameter showed a single "S" curve, and the fruit growth and sugar accumulation trend are similarunchanged under different water and calcium treatments (2) Under high water condition, fruit diameter increase, fruit diameter size and fruit yield are the largest, but irrigation water use efficiency(IWUE) is the lowest. Under medium water treatment, IWUE and fruit quality were the best, while low water treatment had negative effects on fruit growth and reduced the final fruit yield. (3) Compared with no calcium treatment, the yield, fruit weight and IWUE of calcium treatment were increased, and the fruit hardness was increased and the titratable acid content was decreasedwhich alleviated the yield reduction effect caused by deficit irrigation to a certain extent, improved the fruit hardness, and reduced the titratable acid content.【Conclusion】Water and calcium can affect fruit growth and development, sugar accumulation, and final yield and quality. Medium water content with the application of calcium is the suitable management mode of water and calcium in Muskmelon. Our results have important implications for production of muskmelon.
