灌区节水改造建设现状与对策探讨—以万北灌区为例

摘要:
为加快灌区节水改造配套建设。以山东省金乡县万北灌区为例,论述了灌区水利工程发展状况,分析了存在的问题,探讨了对策与建议。万北灌区通过节水改造项目的实施,建设排灌站工程、开展渠道防渗衬砌改造、疏通骨干排水体系、布设喷微灌工程;但灌区仍存在水源工程不足、渠系工程老化、建筑物配套不完善等问题,影响了灌区工程效益的发挥。加快推进灌区节水改造配套建设,发展节水型灌溉农业,是促进灌区可持续性发展的重要途径。

Abstract:
To accelerate the construction of water-saving reconstruction facilities in irrigated areas. Taking Wanbei Irrigation District in Jinxiang County, Shandong Province as an example, the development status of the water conservancy project in the irrigation district was discussed, the existing problems were analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions were discussed. Through the implementation of water-saving reconstruction project, Wanbei Irrigation District has constructed irrigation and drainage station project, implemented anti-seepage lining transformation of channels, dredged the backbone drainage system, and arranged sprinkling micro-irrigation project; However, there are still some problems in the irrigation district, such as lack of water source engineering, aging of canal system engineering and imperfect supporting facilities of buildings in the irrigation district, which affected the exertion of the project benefit. It is an important way to promote the sustainable development of irrigation district to accelerate the supporting construction of water-saving transformation and develop water-saving irrigation agriculture.
