异形喷嘴喷头水滴分布特性试验研究

摘要:
【目的】研究异形喷嘴水滴直径、速度及动能的分布规律。【方法】根据流量相同原则设计菱形和椭圆形喷嘴,采用视频雨滴谱仪对PY15摇臂式喷头在5个工作压力下进行室内无风水滴分布试验。【结果】等流量喷嘴的射程:圆形>菱形>椭圆;异形喷嘴的形状系数随出口直径增加而减小,随长径比增加而增大;菱形喷嘴水滴直径沿径向增大的趋势最大。【结论】形状系数越大,相同工作压力下的末端水滴直径越小。出口直径越大,射程越远,水滴速度随直径增加的幅度越大。长径比越大,射程越近,水滴平均直径和速度越大。随水滴直径增大,椭圆形喷嘴的水滴速度增幅最小。相同位置处的单位体积水滴打击动能及增长幅度随压力增大而减小。水滴直径和水滴动能沿径向分别呈指数函数和线性函数关系,水滴速度与直径呈对数分布,3个水滴分布预测模型拟合系数都在0.9以上,精度较高。

Experimental Study on the Distribution Characteristics of Water Droplets in Non-circular Nozzle

Abstract:
【Objective】The purpose is to study the distribution of water droplet diameter, velocity and kinetic energy of non-circle nozzle.【Method】According to the principle of the same flow rate, the rhombic and elliptical nozzles are designed. The distribution test of the PY15 rocker arm nozzle under 5 working pressures is carried out by using the video raindrop spectrometer.【Result】Range of equal flow nozzles: round > rhombic > elliptical;the shape coefficient of non-circle nozzle decreases with the outlet diameter and increases with the length-diameter ratio;the diameter of water droplets of rhombus nozzle increases the most along the radial direction.【Conclusion】The larger the shape coefficient, the smaller the end water droplet diameter at the same working pressure.The larger the outlet diameter, the longer the range, the greater the water droplet velocity increases with the diameter.The larger the aspect ratio, the closer the range, the larger the average diameter and velocity of water droplets.With the increase of droplet diameter, the increase of droplet velocity of elliptical nozzle is the smallest.The kinetic energy and increasing amplitude of unit volume water droplets at the same position decrease with the increase of pressure.The diameter of water droplets and the kinetic energy of water droplets show exponential function and linear function relationship along the radial direction, the velocity and diameter of water droplets are logarithmic distribution, and the fitting coefficients of the three water droplet distribution prediction models are above 0.9, and the accuracy is high.
