供氮质量浓度对水培生菜营养液消耗影响模拟研究

摘要:
【目的】探明供氮质量浓度对封闭式水培生菜营养液消耗的影响规律,构建考虑供氮质量浓度及气象信息的水培生菜营养液消耗模型。【方法】以“富兰德里”奶油生菜为供试作物,设置5个营养液供氮质量浓度(12.25、24.5、49、98、196 mg/L)处理,开展了2茬水培试验,测定了温室内气象信息、生菜的叶面积指数(LAI)和营养液累积消耗量。【结果】水培生菜的营养液累积消耗量和LAI均随着供氮质量浓度的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势,生菜LAI与营养液供氮质量浓度呈二次曲线关系,建立了考虑营养液供氮质量浓度影响的生菜LAI变化模型。模型验证结果表明,营养液不同供氮质量浓度处理的生菜LAI模拟值与实测值吻合较好。在此基础上,进一步构建了考虑营养液供氮质量浓度及气象信息的水培生菜营养液消耗模型。【结论】利用构建的营养液消耗模型对不同供氮质量浓度处理的水培生菜营养液消耗量进行模拟,模拟值与实测值吻合较好。

Simulating Water Consumption of Hydroponic Lettuce as Affected by Supplying Nitrogen Concentration in Nutrient Solution

Abstract:
【Objectives】To investigate the influence of supplying nitrogen concentration on the nutrient solution consumption of enclosed hydroponic lettuce, a nutrient solution consumption model of hydroponic lettuce considering nitrogen concentration and meteorological information was established.【Methods】Two times of experiments were conducted to describe the influence of five nitrogen concentrations (12.25, 24.5, 49, 98 and 196 mg/L) of nutrient solution on water consumption of hydroponic lettuce in closed water culture.【Results】The leaf area index (LAI) of lettuce and accumulated water consumption and meteorological data in greenhouses were measured. The water consumption model of hydroponic lettuce combined the effect of supplying nitrogen concentrations of nutrient solution was established. The results showed that the accumulated water consumption and LAI of lettuce increased and then decreased with the increasing of supplying nitrogen concentrations in nutrient solution. The relationships between LAI and supplying nitrogen concentrations of nutrient solution were characterized by quadratic curves. The LAI model was established with consideration of supplying nitrogen concentrations of nutrient solution. The validated results indicated that the simulated LAI of lettuce agreed well with the measured values. Based on this, the water consumption model of lettuce combined the effect of supplying nitrogen concentrations in nutrient solution was established.【Conclusions】The measured value of accumulated water consumption of hydroponic lettuce under different supplying nitrogen concentrations agreed well with the simulation values by the water consumption model.
