斜式轴流泵装置内流特性数值分析与外特性验证

摘要:
为了分析斜式轴流泵装置流道内部的流动特性,基于CFD技术对斜30°轴流泵装置全流道进行三维数值模拟计算,明晰了不同流量工况时泵装置各过流结构的水力特性。结果表明:肘形斜式进水流道出口存在明显的速度梯度,最优流量工况(1.0Qbep)时进水流道出口断面的轴向流速均匀度为93%,速度加权平均角为85.2°;随流量的增大,叶轮叶片高压区逐渐从进水边移向出水边,叶片表面压力呈规律性的梯度分布;导叶体出口断面的速度环量随流量的增大先减小后增大,最优流量工况(1.0Qbep)时导叶体出口断面的速度环量最小;平直管式出水流道弯管段的涡结构多为长条状,主要分布在弯管进口处和泵轴附近。

Abstract:
In order to analyze the internal flow characteristics of the flow channel of the slanted axial-flow pump device, CFD technology was used to conduct three-dimensional numerical simulation of a 30° slanted axial-flow pump device, and the internal characteristics of the flow passage components of the pump device under different flow conditions were obtained. The results show that there is an obvious velocity gradient at the outlet of the elbow inlet channel. Under the optimal flow condition, the axial velocity uniformity of the outlet section of the inlet channel is 93%, and the velocity weighted average angle is 85.2°. With the increase of flow rate, the high pressure area of impeller blade shifts from the inlet side to the outlet side, and the pressure of blade presents a regular gradient distribution. The velocity circulation of the outlet section of the guide vane first decreases and then increases with the increase of flow rate, and the velocity circulation of the outlet section of the guide vane is the lowest under 1.0Qbep flow condition. The vortex bands in the elbow section of the straight pipe outlet channel are mostly long strips, mainly distributed at the inlet of the elbow and near the pump shaft.
